Amazing place. Imagine the scene. We enter a full place on a Tuesday during lunch break. Sorry for the inconvenience (we hadn't even ordered yet) because the kettle was broken and they were having trouble cooking the pasta. They ask us to make the most unique order of a first course. We take 7 piccantine, and within 15 minutes 7 plates of pasta weighing at least 150 grams each arrive at the table, with all sorts of goodies inside. From shrimp to squid. All cooked to perfection. I haven't found a place that works so well in Florence yet, apart from Ciri Be. PS: they also make gluten free pizzas!

Had lunch on Friday, very crowded place perhaps even too crowded compared to the capacity of the kitchen and the staff. Excellent food.
