We already knew this place and liked it, but yesterday they outdid themselves! Let me start by saying that parking is the sore point of the place, so this time we left the car at home and went by tram, the Statuto Muratori stop is just a stone's throw away. There were two of us, when we arrived they made us sit outside, on the covered and heated veranda (there are ceiling fans for the summer), and they offered us a glass of prosecco. We had to wait a bit to order, because there were a lot of people, which is why it was also quite noisy, but after a while we didn't care anymore. They immediately told us that we had to wait for the pizza, so we ordered the Tuscan starter, very good and plentiful, which arrived relatively quickly, then my daughter had a carbonara, but asked for courgettes instead of bacon, as she is vegetarian, and they were very kind and helpful and made this change. I had a queen pizza with cereal dough, delicious... Next time, however, I will try the hamburger, they brought one to the table next to ours and it smelled and looked very inviting... My daughter drank a very good craft beer, while I had a glass of Bolgheri, in addition to water obviously. We were full at that point, but we finished with the chocolate cheesecake, Fa Vo Lo Sa! We also had coffee, we spent 30 euros each, it's not little, but not much for the quality of the food. The waitress was very kind, as always. What else to say? We can't wait to go back!

Excellent experience: family and clean environment. The starters are excellent, such as the chitarrina carbonara and the pici alla gricia, and the desserts are superb. Friendly, very kind, professional and fast service. Prices more than honest. We felt pampered and we will definitely return.

Excellent quality dishes (some truly exceptional dishes!) on the food a real guarantee. Essential location, but we pay less attention to appearance and more to substance. Efficient service. Highly recommended! The restaurant is located in an area where car parking is almost non-existent and very "creative"...so reserve some time to find parking.

Neapolitan pizza made in a wood oven. I got one with aubergines and they melted in your mouth. Tuscan craft beer also very good. Super recommended place.

Frown = lightheartedness. Excellent for dinners of all types. Value for money 🔝🔝🔝🔝 Quality assured. This was before, now I won't set foot there again. I think it has changed management because the pizza chef and waiters are different... Leaving aside the disorganization and a hair in the pizza that can happen. The pizza is no longer as good as it used to be but the most serious thing that happened to us was that the waitress who couldn't pass the entrance due to the people standing waiting for take-away pizzas uttered a blasphemy that left us astonished. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THE CIPIGLIO SINCE 2015 AND IT HAD NEVER BEEN LIKE THIS.

An excellent pizza. Everything is really good. Close to the center, comfortable at an acceptable price. Too bad the waiting times are always so long.

Ho cenato presso il Ristorante Cipiglio a Firenze per due sere consecutive. Entrambe le volte ho mangiato la pizza che è molto buona e viene cotta in forno a legna visibile dalla sala. Oltre la pizza vengono proposti anche altri piatti. Il personale è gentile e cortese, sopratutto la ragazza che serve ai tavoli. Conserverò un bel ricordo di questo posto e del breve soggiorno a Firenze!

Vaya, llegamos a Florencia hoy y comimos nuestras primeras pizzas italianas. 30 pasos de nuestro alojamiento airbnb. Eran fantásticos, con muchas opciones y llenos de sabor.

02/01/2025: Lovely and welcoming place, delicious dishes and staff with unique kindness despite the crowds on New Year's Eve. Honest without applying a surcharge, we had an à la carte dinner, with an excellent Chianti, starter, first/second course, dessert and flute for a midnight toast. I will definitely return.
01/01/2025: Exceptionally good! Priced a little higher, but worth every cent. The only thing that could be improved would be for the crème brulée to be caramelized shortly before serving, but unfortunately it was relatively cold.

29/01/2025: As travelers from an Asian country, we stopped by this restaurant on our way back from The Mall and Decathlon. We didn’t have high expectations, but to our surprise, the pizza and every dish we tried were absolutely incredible—the best we had during our trip to Italy. The pizza here is the best we've ever had, even compared to the ones we tried in Rome and Naples. Last night, we paid over 100 euros for a steak elsewhere, but I’m confident that this restaurant offers much better quality at approximately 30% lower prices. Maybe, as foreigners, we aren't the best judges of authentic Italian food, but the flavors here are universally delicious. If you're looking for a great place to eat near The Mall, I highly recommend this restaurant. The menu and staff are very English-friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. We were truly happy to have dined here! I visited this restaurant after stopping by The Mall to visit a nearby Decathlon store. It was the most delicious restaurant during my trip to Italy and the whole family was impressed. I was debating whether to try the pizza again after being somewhat disappointed in Rome, etc., and when I heard that they would make it for one person (originally it was fixed for 2 or 3 people), I ordered it. It was so delicious, and the cutlery was also nicely prepared. Everyone was very satisfied. Even though the locals were gathering as a group, the food came out right away after ordering, and they handled ordering and payment without any difficulties. I haven't tried steak, but I think it will be much more delicious but cheaper than the highly rated restaurants in central Florence (famous the day before) I was disappointed with the T-bone steak at the restaurant, so I ordered pizza and a burger to keep it simple.) If you are traveling with a rental car and have plans to visit The Mall, Val d'Orcia, or Siena, I recommend trying a meal!
