The staff were friendly and welcoming. They noticed my hand was bandaged due to injury and they sliced my pizza without me asking. The food was excellent and the place very good

We had dinner at cipiglio on a Sunday evening while visiting Florence. We made a reservation on previous day because the place was crowded on Saturday evening and we were afraid not to find a place. The dishes are delicious, especially the pasta. The service is excellent. They speak English fluently. The prices are OK. We enjoyed our dinner at that place.

Enjoyed their salamino e gorgonzola pizza and it was by far the best pizza I've ever eaten! Service was excellent and friendly and the atmosphere in the evening was perfect in an almost full restaurant.

If you're staying near Statuto in Florence, visit this restaurant! The food was amazing. The White Ragu was perfect and exactly what I needed after a long day of walking around the city! The tiramisu was also lovely too. The staff were just as amazing as the food was! There was one waitress whose name I unfortunately did not get, but she was lovely! She asked where I was from, how long I was staying and gave me some really good recommendations regarding things to do in the city. All of my food was served with a smile and they did not rush me despite me being one of the last in the restaurant for that evening! Would highly recommend!

17/10/2025: This has quickly become our favorite restaurant in Firenze! The pasta and pizza are so good, and so reasonably priced, especially with their location right behind Santa Maria del Fiore! Great service, cozy atmosphere, highly recommend!
14/10/2025: I've known this place for years. The atmosphere is family-friendly, magnificent, and the view of the Duomo is breathtaking. Giulio is friendly, professional, and a good person. The staff is friendly, always smiling, and extremely knowledgeable. Excellent cocktails. The pizza is always better... what more can I say? Highly recommended.
