Words well spent, this place really deserves it. Excellent, very good, very good: a happy surprise that I would not have expected for three cold pilgrims on a rainy Monday evening in the Saronno hinterland.
The environment is beautiful, clean and elegant without being opulent, the staff attentive and kind (no, I never take it for granted). The cuisine is excellent, a standard-bearer of great traditions inherited and carried forward with passion, with classic appetizing flavours, with some pleasant surprises.
I chose a pasta with sardines: simple, true. But imperial, I can assure you. A triumph of very fresh fish. And I've already spotted appetizers and paccheri that I'll get next time.

4 star gastronomic experience, very personal opinion the sardine was the only flaw (too pungent "fish" flavour) the rest of the fish served EXCELLENT! each with its own taste and enhanced by the kitchen. Great selection of wines.
Impeccable service.
Will we be back: YES!!

Sono stato da Cincu e Deci con la mia ragazza per il nostro anniversario e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. Il cameriere ci ha gentilmente consigliato come antipasto il respiro di mare e devo dire che raramente mi è capitato di mangiare pesce così fresco, davvero eccellente! Consiglio anche i primi di mare perché erano ottimi. Il dolce, poi, una coccola che ha chiuso un pasto quasi indimenticabile. Torneremo di sicuro! Un ringraziamento al personale di sala, che ci ha fatti sentire a casa!

Unfortunately, in the new headquarters, more airy than the previous one, there are no longer any books.
Luckily the cuisine, the cellar, the excellent quality/price ratio of the business menu are unchanged and the impeccable service are unchanged.

Too bad we can't come back until it's warmer because half the tables are exposed to the cold air when you open the front door
It's really a shame they don't put a swing door or something like that because it's really annoying to get a gust of cold air every time someone opens the door, because the food and service are of excellent quality
