Had a lovely lunch with business partners. Very friendly atmosphere and dishes prepared with love. The fish and pasta specialties in particular are fantastic. All this accompanied by fantastic wines and excellent service means that my rating gets the full 5 stars.

31/07/2024: On vacation in the region we happened to pass by this restaurant. A great discovery. A daily menu with home-made family cuisine, of very good quality and quantity. Owners and waiters who are super friendly, smiling and who adapt to the fact that we don't speak Italian. Starter, main course, dessert, a beer and a bottle of sparkling water with two coffees for €37 for two. Really had a good time at this table.
28/07/2024: Informal environment, typical Piedmontese cuisine with genuine ingredients, excellent prices, friendly and polite staff, quick service. Advised!

La Vecchia Cunardo

17/08/2024: Wandering up and down the Varese valleys we came across this place hidden in the center of Cunardo, it's a shame it's so hidden, it deserves more visibility! However, the thing that surprised us was the good quality of the dishes despite the prices being really high. contents. Among other things, the very kind waitress gave me the opportunity to change the second course at the last moment even though the order had already been placed, very good. If you are in those parts I recommend a visit!
15/08/2024: Excellent quality/price! Fresh and very very good food. Worth returning and certainly if you are in the area, a stop at the old Cunardo is a must. Advised!
