We were here by chance three years ago, and returned today: just like then, we were super satisfied. Everything was really good and well-cooked! Meat appetizer, 2 main courses: suckling pig and braised cheek, 1 chocolate cake and 1 tiramisu, excellent house wine. RECOMMENDED!

We celebrated a birthday... good food, well cooked and beautifully presented... we enjoyed excellent homemade tagliatelle with mushrooms... and "stordellate" green lasagnette, a typical dish from Massa, "truly delicious... the roast suckling pig with potatoes and vegetables was also excellent... what can I say about the beautiful view of the Candia hills... an experience to repeat!

08/09/2025: A truly beautiful place, nestled among the cool chestnut trees of Lunigiana. The museum and all the activities they host throughout the year are interesting. The Amaro del Partigiano liqueur is also excellent, and I never miss the opportunity to buy it. But the highlight of the place is the fantastic Fino al Cuore della Rivolta Festival, held in August. This year, the program of both debates and concerts was truly superb. Congratulations to all the volunteers who work there. The only downside: the long waits, especially at the social lunches.
02/09/2025: I spent two days there during the 2025 Festival della Resistenza. The archives are accessible through a multimedia experience. A truly wonderful atmosphere, wonderful people, interesting talks, and quality live music, all free of charge. The volunteers also prepare excellent food in the evenings, and there's a free camping area. I'll definitely be back in 2026.

01/04/2026: I had lunch here for my graduation with over twenty people, and the table layout was excellent. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the staff was fantastic; we ate really well, and the food was excellent. The tables were adorned with flowers, and there was a perfect space for gifts and confetti. Highly recommended! A special thanks to the staff, and especially to Chef Gilberto, who made our experience wonderful.
09/03/2026: Excellent food typical of the area and the Valsassina valley. The waitresses were excellent!
