Cibio Cucina Biologica In Barletta

My family and I had lunch at Cibio on Sunday, July 20, 2025, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, the atmosphere modern and clean, and the welcome was wonderful! The quality/price ratio is exceptional, so I recommend everyone to try their excellent dishes, which perfectly combine tradition and innovation. Finally, they offer a wide selection of gluten-free dishes, much to the delight of my husband, who is gluten intolerant! Highly recommended!

Welcoming location, owner available to satisfy requests and very knowledgeable about the choice of wines, of which he is well stocked. I recommend a flan with artichokes and fantastic bacon. Prices are normal for the service offered.

It's a great experience to taste the various courses...from appetizer to dessert...try it...you won't regret it...all organic food including the wines
