The location is fantastic, near the shore of Lake Trasimeno (Tuoro). Very knowledgeable staff, excellent food (especially seafood). Highly recommended!

Last year we stayed at the campsite for 3 weeks and regularly ate at Ciao Ciao. Today we are back at the campsite and were already looking forward to eating at this restaurant. It is still a bit early to eat when you are in Italy (it is now 18:15) but otherwise we would have been there already 😂 Tonight we are going to eat there again. Our recommendation: The Tomahawk! I read some reviews here about Ciao Ciao. I understand that every restaurant has something and that there is always room for improvement, but what I read here about this place I absolutely cannot agree with. We have eaten there very often, and every time we have been extremely satisfied. The service is very friendly, the food is very tasty.. So I say: See you tonight 😀😀

Local adjacent to the pier where ferries depart for the islands. Evening with parade and election of Miss, probably not the most suitable for an overall judgment. Excellent pizzas, good fish dishes. Large parking lot nearby, a very short distance from the highway exit.

I went with my family to eat fish and I must say that we had a divine time. The food was excellent and the service was really kind. Also convenient for the children's area where my child was able to play between courses. I recommend

Pasticceria Tripaldi

05/04/2025: I came across this place by chance and almost by chance I found myself taking a pastry making course dedicated to the presentation of Colombe... again by chance I shared this experience with delightful people who love pastry making like me (even though I will never be, and never want to be, a pastry chef). I can assert that it is no coincidence that the owner Caterina Tripaldi and her brother Giacomo Tripaldi and their young helpers run this place with love and sacrifice, they feed it just like their sourdough starter which is the protagonist of all their preparations. I loved this experience and even though I don't live near the pastry shop I will go back as many times as possible, even with my family because everyone must be able to enjoy Caterina's hard work. Thank you very much Caterina for passing on so much passion to us and above all your precious recipes!
