Restaurant that wants to combine Neapolitan and Roman cuisine with a pinch of personal reinterpretation and let's say it succeeds too. The dishes are good, the ingredients as well as the flavors could have an extra boost. The service is very friendly, the control of the dishes could be improved a little (plates, glasses and cutlery were not always very clean). Possibility of parking in the common area with neighboring shops or across the street.

Traditional cuisine, excellent and plentiful, but if you want to pay a lot and stay fast... choose a "gourmet" place.... obviously de gustibus non disputantum est... if by chance you were biased towards cuisines different from the usual ones, perhaps it's time to taste the Neapolitan flavours 🤣🤣🤣

I have been a loyal customer of Chiu Flavor for many years and every time it is a confirmation. I recently returned with my family for Easter lunch and, as always, we had a great time. There was a fixed menu for the occasion and we ate really well: abundant, tasty and well-presented dishes, in full respect of Neapolitan tradition. Even though I'm not Neapolitan, I really appreciate their cuisine: among the Neapolitan restaurants I know, Chiu gusto is undoubtedly my favourite. The service was courteous, the dishes arrived in the right time, without excessive waiting, and the environment was welcoming. Another plus point is practicality: the restaurant has a large car park nearby and is also accessible by wheelchair, thanks to the presence of an elevator despite being on a high floor. I thank all the staff for the excellent welcome and impeccable service. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Sapori eccezionali, riescono a soddisfare sia che preferisce la pizza romana che la napoletana, personale gentile e disponibile, una chicca i dolci provenienti da Napoli stessa. Unico problema è difficile capire se si sta prenotando alla pizzeria giusta su via Ugo Ojetti.

One of the best pizzerias I know in Rome. Really excellent Neapolitan pizza not to mention the truly spectacular desserts.
