Fresh rooms with many comforts at a fair price, excellent buffet breakfast, family run, excellent value for money

A decent 2-star hotel in the center of Subbiano. Large rooms, slightly dated furnishings, decent cleanliness, and friendly staff. We had a great time.

Family-run. Everything was perfect. I'll definitely be back. The only downside is the room on the second floor, which is hard to climb when you're tired. :)

A pleasant surprise! A spacious, clean room with a bathroom, TV, air conditioning, and a balcony. There's no elevator, but it's only two floors. The restaurant is on the ground floor, but we didn't use it, but I know it has a good reputation. Breakfast was simple but more than adequate. Prices were competitive for the area. PS: I only have one small complaint: the mattress isn't the most comfortable. ;)

Hotel in a great location. Rooms are a bit dated as is the bathroom that needs to be redone. There is no air conditioning. The food is excellent!

I find the Chenno hotel an excellent value for money solution As soon as I arrived I found the place very dated, but then it was fine all in all. It is located 15 minutes from Arezzo surrounded by greenery, easy to get to with a smooth road The bed is comfortable and the breakfast is good The staff is very helpful For what I spent for 2 nights (2adl) I couldn't have found better

We visited the restaurant and received a very warm welcome. A family-run establishment serving typical Tuscan cuisine. The food was fresh and of good quality. We opted for the fish platter as a starter and we didn't regret it. The starter came in several courses and each one was outstanding, from octopus to tuna tartare to mussels. The wine recommendation was excellent. The main course didn't quite live up to the appeal of the starter, but it was also very tasty. The value for money is incredible. Where else can you find a coffee for one euro these days? We really enjoyed our evening last night and can only recommend the restaurant and its staff.

Excellent family-run hotel. What you see from the cuisine was "Tagliatelle faii a mano con ragù bianco al grigio del Casentino" and, as a main course, "Tagliata al pepe verde con sformatino agli asparagi" (I forgot to take the snapshot after starting to eat) + a bottle of "vino sfuso" + dessert (I skipped the traditional Tuscan starters) = 25€. I definitely recommend it.

Siamo arrivati in anticipo rispetto all’orario della prenotazione e il ristorante era pieno. Ci hanno fatto accomodare all’esterno, sui divanetti, offrendoci un prosecco con patatine: primo gesto di attenzione davvero apprezzato. Alle 21 in punto ci hanno fatto sedere al tavolo e consegnato il menù. La cameriera, gentilissima, ha preso l’ordinazione e, nell’attesa, è arrivato il padrone di casa offrendoci dell’olio del Chianti da degustare con del pane: una delizia assoluta, degna di accompagnare un buon vino. Secondo gesto di grande ospitalità. Il mio primo piatto: ravioli ricotta e spinaci con burro e salvia, fatti a mano in modo sapiente. Una poesia, degni concorrenti di quelli di mia nonna! A seguire, una tagliata al pepe verde con patate novelle, davvero ben cucinata e saporita. Per concludere, dolci ottimi: un tiramisù servito in tazza e una torta nocciola e cioccolato, entrambi squisiti. Due bottiglie d’acqua, cena completa… e il conto? Nemmeno 55 euro! Con i prosecchetti offerti. Che dire? Consigliatissimo, 15/10 almeno! Complimenti sinceri ai padroni di casa, gentili e appassionati. Nota simpatica: loro milanisti, ma ci hanno accolti calorosamente anche se indossavamo le magliette della Roma (torneo lì vicino!). Spirito sportivo e grande professionalità.
