The driver has everything he needs. The staff is very friendly and polite, and the shower key is exchangeable.
If you want to see the city of Brescia, you can take bus #9 from Buffalora >>>Violino, a 4 km walk. The bus operates on Saturdays and Sundays.

I had a cappuccino and a brioche.
The brioche, with the added jam, was made with a dough I really liked.
I appreciated the intense flavor of the apricot jam.
I found the brioche display a bit subdued; there were very few on display; most were on trays behind the counter, but I would have preferred to see them displayed in their own window.
A negative note was that hand soap was only available in one of the many dispensers in the men's restroom, and the situation in the women's area wasn't any better either.
Nice place, but still needs some work.
The RV parking is too far away; you have to walk quite a bit to get to the entrance.

Popular with truckers for overnight stays, it has ample parking, a bar, and a restaurant. The staff is very attentive and helpful.

The rebuilt parking lot is nice but there used to be some shade from the trees, now it's all in the sun and there's no shower. Maybe one day I won't park here again.

…I stopped at this service station!!…on my way to Bergamo!!…so I'm on the A4 motorway!!…heading towards Turin!!…but in the municipality of Rezzato!!…it's the San Giacomo Nord service station!!…here you can find a vast assortment of sweet and savory products!!…wide selection of hot dishes at the self-service station!!…many displays with the goods clearly visible!!…typical and non-typical products!!…also with the availability of totems and fast digital checkouts!!…you can order and pay independently!!…this way you avoid the long lines at the checkout!!…what can I say!!…I had a coffee!!…and I used the restroom!!…it was a pleasant break!!…here at the San Giacomo Nord service station!!…☕️🥐🎊🇮🇹⬆️🎉‼️

Usual service station, we stop there late at night when we work night shifts, the place and bathrooms are clean, prices are high and the quality is not excellent.

The cafeteria atmosphere is such that everyone who goes to the restroom has to go through the cafeteria, which isn't very pleasant.
The shower isn't working, or they don't want to open it on a weekday.
