Champagneria In Trieste

I stopped by this restaurant on a whim, but it was so delicious and comfortable that I ended up staying longer. Every meal was delicious, but the baked cod and pasta were especially exquisite. If I'm ever in Trieste again, I'll definitely come back. I hope you all enjoy it too!

A really nice little place. A bit hidden away, as there are no billboards. The starter was very good. My grilled calamari could have been a bit softer and spicier, but that's just complaining at a high level. A very friendly, family-run restaurant. Highly recommended.

Tasty food, the portions were a bit small though and a bit pricey. The ambience is really cozy.

Delightful place, a little retro, but that's fine! Whether for lunch, aperitif, or dinner, the staff and cuisine will not disappoint. I recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

Fabulous spaghetti alla vongole, excellent wine selection. I come back every year. A very quiet, small restaurant with a creative and unusual atmosphere. Unassuming from the outside.

Mom and Pop - or better Grandmom cooks and Grandpa serves for you. Excellent food - don't hesitate to take a risk when ordering, you will be rewarded.

Imperatore - Champagneria & Vineria es un gran lugar para una auténtica comida italiana. Tomamos la primera reserva un domingo por la noche (porque viajábamos con niños) y el restaurante permaneció vacío hasta alrededor de las 8 pm. Los menús de comida y bebida están escritos en italiano, y usamos google translate para las definiciones. Si bien no había un menú formal para niños, ofrecían un pasado "largo o corto" (fideos lingüísticos o espirales) con salsa roja o blanca. Disfruté de que había poco o nada de inglés, ya que la experiencia se sentía como el verdadero negocio. Teníamos dos grandes botellas de prosecco para acompañar la comida. El ambiente de la noche anterior (sábado) cuando metimos la cabeza era acogedor y animado, con el olor a ajo que se derramó por las puertas y ventanas abiertas a la calle mientras pasabas (lo que nos atrajo a probarlo la noche siguiente!). Sin duda recomiendo una reserva si intenta cenar un viernes o sábado!

Es war gemütlich, eine große Auswahl an Weinen und Champagner, ein freundlicher, kompetenter Wirt, ein aussergewöhnliches Ambiente. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir sind zufällig vorbeigekommen und haben nur etwas getrunken. Leider war es unser vorletzter Abend und der nächste Tag war das Lokal geschlossen. Wir hätten gerne dort gegessen.
