Fettuccine alla busara gustosissime. Gli scampi presenti nel piatto erano freschissimi e la porzione abbondante. Il ristoratore ci ha consigliato un ottimo vino friulano (Petrucco) che è stato gradito da tutti i commensali ed era perfetto con la pasta presa. Ottima esperienza!

Delicious busara fettuccine. The scampi on the plate were very fresh and the portion was generous. The restaurateur recommended an excellent Friulian wine (Petrucco) which was appreciated by all the guests and was perfect with the pasta. Great experience!

Splendido locale caratterizzato da un’atmosfera speciale, trattamento estremamente signorile, accoglienza perfetta, personale professionale e cortesissimo, piatti strepitosi, estremamente raffinati e gustosi. Top restaurant in Trieste. In terms of quality/price it is perhaps the best restaurant I have been to. Excellent selection of wines and very competent staff. It is certainly more expensive than average, but for the quality of the fresh fish and the cuisine it is worth it. The appetizer "la champagnieria" which has a selection of typical dishes is recommended. Cabin-style interior furnishings, the room is very quiet and you can't hear the street. We ate and enjoyed the wine in complete tranquility.
