It is not a restaurant but a wooden house on the outskirts of Tolentino. Known for good food, especially the tagliata (they range from 22.5 to 26 euros). The first courses between 11.5-15 euros. The food is quite good, given the prices you expect something more; nothing exceptional. Given the high prices I would have preferred (in my opinion) to have a paper tablecloth instead of almost nothing. The side dishes are miserable compared to the cost (5-6 euros). Prepared, professional and kind waiters. For those who have never been, go at least once.

Siamo andati allo Chalet su consiglio di un amico tolentinate e per fortuna gli ho dato retta ;-) Lo chalet è vicino ad un laghetto artificiale, in una zona tranquilla e rilassante, nessun problema di parcheggio. L'interno è accogliente, ben arredato e molto luminoso grazie alle pareti ampiamente finestrate. Il personale è molto preparato, gentilissimo e cordiale, difficile trovare di meglio. Volevamo mangiare carne e siamo rimasti molto molto molto soddisfatti, sia con le tagliate ma anche con i piatti a base di pollo, e devo dire che i dolci sono stati una bella sorpresa, in particolare il cestino di croccante con gelato che ho preso io. I prezzi onestissimi ne fanno una tappa immancabile a Tolentino.

Un vero chalet a quota collinare…quindi ambiente molto caloroso ! La materia prima è garantita come anche la conoscenza di ciò che si serve, ottimo quindi il servizio.

24/08/2025: Villa Anton in Sambucheto is an elegant and welcoming restaurant, perfect for both a romantic dinner and special events. The charming location, surrounded by greenery and meticulously maintained, instantly creates a pleasant atmosphere. The cuisine combines tradition and creativity: beautifully presented dishes, with quality ingredients and balanced flavors. The first and second courses are excellent, and the desserts are also noteworthy. The staff is professional, courteous, and always available to offer advice. Good value for money considering the level of experience. A place we'll gladly return to and highly recommend to anyone looking for a fine dining experience in the area.
18/07/2025: We attended a wedding at Villa Anton, and the venue was breathtakingly beautiful, and the food was plentiful. From the aperitif to the dessert, everything was very well organized.
