Every ski trip to Claviere requires a stop at Monsoleil, a guarantee, SUUUUPER friendly staff and really top dishes for a more or less quick stop, greetings from Marisa (the girl with the red jacket😂) and Tony. I recommend you always book See you next year❤️

A comforting lunch. Piedmont wines are served in tasting glasses, which is very pleasant. The food is excellent. The staff is dynamic and friendly... What more could you ask for? Bravo...

Ate at the chalet and both the staff and the kitchen I must say, good. Large portions and good quality. Fast and friendly and helpful staff. Only the arrival is inconvenient for those snowshoeing because they have to cross the slopes.

Great Place to stop for a lovely Latte machiato coffee and take in the mid morning sun , lunch is lovely too The best is to get the skidoo from Claverie and go up there in the evening for your meal Highly recommend the Raclette , it was fantastic , even asked if we could have a slice of chesse to take home.Nothing was too much trouble. Great service top quality food and fun going up and down on the skidoo Call the Chalet directly and they will make all the arrangemants A wonderful experience

26/02/2025: Era la prima volta che mangiavo in questo ristorante, non sapendo bene come funzionasse io e il mio compagno abbiamo preso dei piatti da dividere in modo da assaggiare più cose. Tra gli antipasti abbiamo preso; vitello tonnato, flan di zucca e fonduta di parmigiano, insalata russa, capunet e cipolle ripiene. Era tutto molto buono ma la nota di merito l’hanno avuta capunet e cipolle ripiene che erano deliziose. Siamo poi passati ai primi; agnolotti alla bagna couda per me e polenta concia per il mio compagno. Gli agnolotti molto particolari e buoni, peccato un eccesso di burro a condire. Non si deve pensare alle porzioni da ristorante, gli antipasti sono dei piattini da assaggio per darti la possibilità di assaggiare più cose ed averlo saputo prima evitavamo i primi e continuavamo sugli antipasti. La prossima volta faremo così! Conto super onesto.
