The restaurant is located right on the promenade and beach. It offers good, refined cuisine, but the dishes seemed lacking in my opinion. It lacked something to enhance the flavor and make the menu items memorable. The dishes are designed especially for those who enjoy healthy eating, free from excessive spices and sauces. They are very simple, yet tasty. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and aesthetically pleasing. However, I found them a bit bland and lacking much creativity. It must be admitted, however, that the presentation of the dishes was good. Furthermore, it's worth mentioning the extensive wine list, elegant table setting, impeccable cleanliness, and pleasant, intimate atmosphere. I might return next year, although it won't be my first choice for restaurants in Civitanova Marche. In any case, the quality of the products speaks for a return visit.

A restaurant with a very refined atmosphere and truly gourmet and extraordinary dishes. Food that combines tradition, sophistication, and innovation at the same time. Everything was perfect, and the waiter was truly kind. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars was the lack of table linens. Unfortunately, for me, elegance and sophistication also come through this detail.

This time was a bit disappointing compared to other times, the menu wasn't very appetizing. I had the ravioli, nothing special, the fried food and dessert were good. The only downside was how quickly the waiter cleared the plates even when you were still eating the last bite.

A well-kept restaurant with a sea view. Recommended by a friend, we had a great time. The staff were friendly and each course was followed by an excellent explanation. The food was excellent. Definitely worth trying again.

I went as a guest with my husband and I can say that the environment is really well-kept, gourmet food is good, the staff and owner are perfect.

05/08/2025: Top-notch hospitality, no issues, maximum availability and professionalism despite my travel mishap...a drop in blood pressure due to the heat, which was resolved thanks to them. The garden was breezy and quiet, with plenty of fresh water, ice, and lemon, shade, and fresh air. A RESORT. Thank you 🙏❣️

30/09/2025: Villa Serita was a testament to its taste and professionalism. It gave us the opportunity to spend a wonderful Sunday with excellent dishes and impeccable service in a stunning location. Thank you!
20/08/2025: I attended a dinner event with live music. The evening was held outdoors, and I must say the location itself had an incredible atmosphere. A large, well-kept park full of trees, with an incredible view, right next to this "castle for ceremonies." Besides the very evocative location, the event was organized down to the smallest detail. The dinner was buffet-style, with areas for cold cuts, cheeses, and fried foods, along with gratinated and grilled vegetables and a station where both meat and fish were grilled on the spot (the grilled tentacle was top notch!). The music accompanied us throughout the dinner and kept us moving and having fun afterward. Furthermore, the staff was impeccable, always smiling and present. Finally, I took the opportunity to go inside and see the interior, which is very beautiful and well-kept, in an Art Nouveau style, I think. I will definitely be back!
