We celebrated my mother-in-law's 80th birthday with the family. It was a pleasant evening, with seafood and meat appetizers. I had also ordered a pizza, but then I saw a risotto and asked if it would be possible to exchange my pizza for a seafood risotto. Silvia, the waitress who looked after our table, was very courteous and accommodated my request. The service was impeccable, very attentive to everything. We will definitely be celebrating other anniversaries at Chalet del Sole.

Highly recommended I had excellent spaghetti with clams and a superb grilled meat. Let Antonio welcome you and guide you; you'll have an authentic and truly positive experience. Just steps from the highway and the sea. A selection of meat, seafood, and pizza is available. The wine list is extensive and well-stocked, but ask for a good local wine recommendation (in my case, a white). Congratulations, I'll be back.

A pleasant discovery! We had dinner with friends and everything was to our liking. From the appetizers to the dessert. Everything was excellent, high quality, and the service was perfect, kind, and punctual. The quality/price ratio was good. We'll definitely be back.

Nestled among the olive groves, this restaurant positively surprises in many ways, from the friendly welcome from the staff, to the efficient order fulfillment, to the delicious dishes. Everything is fresh and delicious, and the portions are so generous that it's hard to beat. This place was a very positive surprise on our way to Bari. It's worth returning.

Every time we go to the chalet for lunch or dinner, we're always extremely satisfied. Delicious food, excellent cuisine, and prompt, courteous service. The owner is always attentive and kind to his customers.

05/01/2026: This restaurant is located on a piazza with a beautiful view. The atmosphere is well-kept and the staff are very helpful and polite. The seafood options are excellent and beautifully presented. They have a beautiful open-view fish counter where they prepare raw fish and open sea urchins and oysters. The prices are in line with the quality offered!
02/01/2026: The food deserves 5 stars. Top-quality ingredients and unsurpassed preparation. Certainly the best meal we had in Italy. However, the service left much to be desired. Perhaps because we were the only non-Italians and/or not friends of the owners on New Year's Eve, we were completely ignored. No one came to take our order, they didn't leave a wine list, they didn't ask about drinks, nothing. We had to beg someone to attend to us. And when they saw that we weren't the table that would consume the most, the service got worse... they were only quick to remove the plates (we had to stop them 3 times, as we were still eating) and bring the bill so we could leave quickly. Unfortunately, our New Year's Eve experience was greatly compromised by the service.

27/10/2025: Good place, welcoming, qualified staff... the only flaw is a bit expensive but apart from that, nothing to complain about.
