We arrived in the middle of a snowstorm, the place and the staff welcomed us warmly. We were delighted by good drink and good food. We would like to recommend this restaurant to all those looking for peace, tranquility, an evocative place and good food!

Wonderful piste side chalet near Claviere/ Colle Beecia with a great view of a wild and scenic valley (enjoyable from the bean bags/deck chairs)! Also possible to walk to from Claviere in 1-1.5 hours. Matteo is a great host! Col Saurel is always a permanent fixture whenever we visit the Via Lattea. Next time will be no different!

We went up at night on a snowmobile, departing from the Claviere snow front. We were several families. The night snowmobile ride is an incredible experience, definitely worth doing. On the other hand, cover yourself well, it will curdle. Welcoming and warm staff. Don't speak French, but that's okay. On the other hand, extremely disappointing food. Single menu at 50€. And for children (single menu at €40), insufficient quantity (ham as a starter and pasta as a main course). The children were left hungry. So I highly recommend it for the snowmobile experience and the atmosphere. But not for the food!

A fantastic Italian refuge in the middle of the Mountains. The meal is excellent and cheaper than on the Montgenevre side and above all the staff is happy to work and it's nice to see nice people 😊 and as usual at the top With the children.

Fuimos allí para la cena, así como café y pastel mientras esquiaba. Personal muy amable y servicial, comida fantástica y una ubicación increíble en la montaña. ¡El paseo en skidoo hasta él es un evento en sí mismo! Definitivamente volveremos allí lo antes posible

You can get chocolates with Tokyo-only packaging at Eataly and other outlets in Tokyo for a limited time only at Baratti & Milano, but the real thing is something else. Not only was the atmosphere amazing, but the presence of the waiters was also amazing. We all enjoyed a friendly atmosphere, and enjoyed a relaxing time together... Be careful, as a large snack set comes with any drink you order. A very historic bistro in Turin? Cafe? It is a very historic bistro or café in Turin. In Tokyo, you can get Baratti & Milano limited edition chocolates in Tokyo package at Eataly and other places, but the real place is a little bit different. The atmosphere and the style of the people working there were amazing. Everyone was so friendly and relaxed, and we were able to enjoy a cozy time together. If you order alcohol, you will get a rather large set of snacks, so please be careful.
