An enchanting little place to say the least....particular and refined....for many but not for everyone

Cena di lavoro organizzata da colleghi. Menu tutto pesce, qualità ottima e quantità giusta. Ottima la presentazione dei piatti. Però ad un mese di distanza circa non c'è nulla che mi abbia lasciato ricordi indelebili né visivi né gustativi. Il personale eccessivamente impostato e poco presente, con il risultato che acqua e vino li abbiamo dovuti chiedere più volte.

Incuriositi dal riconoscimento michelin sono andato una domenica con la mia famiglia. Locale non molto grande in un palazzo d'epoca, con non molti tavoli. Peccato che non sia consentito prendere menù degustazione separati per i vari componenti del gruppo; così come non poter abbinare per lo stesso tavolo menù degustazione e scelta alla carta. Per la precisazione tale criticità accompagna tutti i ristoranti stellati, soprattutto dopo il covid. Avrei gradito ed apprezzato sul punto una maggiore disponibilità ed elasticità da parte della direzione. Abbiamo ordinato tutti alla carta. Le varie pietanze erano buone, forse avrei gradito per alcune sentire meglio i singoli ingredienti/materie prime utilizzate. Notata qualche piccola distrazione da parte del personale di sala e la circostanza di non aver potuto conoscere e salutare/ringraziare lo chef. Prezzo onesto e nella media

I was greeted by young but extremely friendly and attentive service, which helped create a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The proposed tasting was excellent. In particular, the dessert stood out for its delicacy and impeccable presentation. The prices, surprisingly low considering the quality offered, certainly represent a strong point of the restaurant. This allows you to enjoy a high-level gastronomic experience without having to spend exorbitant amounts. The wine list was a pleasant surprise, with a varied and well-curated selection that perfectly complements the restaurant's gastronomic offer. The only negative note was the lack of opportunity to meet chef Avallone and Federica, who would certainly have further enriched my experience. In conclusion, the Cetaria Restaurant confirms itself as a true gem for lovers of good food in Baronissi, combining gastronomic quality, excellent service and excellent value for money.

Very beautiful location, service with attention to the smallest details and very kind staff... we tasted the tasting menu, the raw materials are of the highest level, the dishes on the other hand are a great pleasure for the sight and the palate.
