Il Cestello Ristobar is a fantastic spot in Florence! The food is top-notch, with a perfect mix of traditional Tuscan flavors and creative twists. The seafood is incredibly fresh, and the service is excellent. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it a great place for a special night out. Definitely deserving of its Michelin Guide recognition!

Ambiente interno molto curato, l'esterno risente del caldo torrido di questa estate. Personale e servizio favoloso, attento ma non invadente, veramente top! I piatti mi hanno soddisfatto, erano esattamente come li immaginavo: pesce fresco che coniuga tradizione e note fusion/orientali. Il top di gamma è la battuta di scampi con il fois gras e le albicocche. Gli abbinamenti pungono in testa in maniera molto positiva. Ho trovato il dessert troppo dolce, ma è un interpretazione personale. Porzioni minimal, come si conviene in questi ristoranti, ma non ci si alza con la fame! Carta dei vini adeguata all' offerta dei cibi. Ci tornerei sicuramente!
