01/02/2025: Meanwhile, Garbatella. It's a really nice neighborhood, where you can go whenever you can. And where there are some Roman cuisine places that have nothing to envy of the most popular ones. Places always full, for lunch and dinner: you have to book, perhaps even in advance. But “it exists in Rome”, especially in this Jubilee year. The Ancient Flavors present themselves well as soon as you enter. Spaces a little narrow, but that's there too. The service is what you expect: beautiful, sincere, “de core”. The menu is a problem, especially if you like Roman cuisine: you have to choose, and then come back other times to taste what you weren't able to get. It happened to us that many courses were finished, but that's okay (and there are three). Everything is excellent. Tripe more. If you eat meat then you shouldn't complain about the bill, especially if you put a good wine on top and one bottle isn't enough. In short: excellent choice. A little expensive, but... it's okay.
