It may seem reductive to give such a clear-cut judgment after trying just one dish... but I can assure you that the quality of these tagliatelle is top-notch. Add to that the attentive and friendly service, and you've got it covered.

We were extremely satisfied. The owner is very helpful, and Chiara, the girl who served us, adds an extra touch of positivity to the place: cheerful and professional. Simple food with excellent quality. Perfect for a quick lunch!

We left Turin after a three-hour break at the Mulino thermal baths and arrived in Sorano exhausted. Thank you, Gianluca, for immediately welcoming us with a big smile. We ate well (the tagliatelle with white ragù and zucchini was excellent), the service was excellent, and the quality/price ratio was good. Why not always have breakfast here in the morning before leaving? After all, you go back to where you had a good time. 🥰

By pure chance, returning from the Tuscany Trail, heading towards Manciano, we stopped at this little place during a heavy rainstorm. The window display was incredibly tempting, and just looking at it made our mouths water... even the first courses that came out for lunch were very inviting, arancini alla amatriciana a must. The extremely friendly staff welcomed us and very indulgently let us stay there, sheltering us from the rain. Not to mention the incredibly friendly people who frequented that bar made that hour's stop a unique laugh.

07/08/2026: We stumbled upon this place by accident, and it was a hit! Smiling staff and delicious pizza. A huge selection, fresh ingredients, and very low prices. Definitely a place worth recommending! I hope there are more places like this! ❤️
26/07/2026: Excellent base, the flour is a touch darker than on other pizzas, great toppings and a cool "locals eat here" vibe.

05/08/2026: The restaurant is located right in front of the Braccagni station. Everyone is welcome, including pets, as long as they stay in the outdoor loggia. For two, we spent €79 for two starters, two main courses, two side dishes, two desserts, two bottles of water, a 1/4 bottle of wine, and coffee. Cover charge was €1.50 and water was €1. We found every dish delicious and flavorful, from the wild boar tortello, wild boar with herbs, to the grilled lamb, as well as the side dishes and desserts. The first good sign of the quality of your meal comes from the olive oil served at the table, a significant detail for good cuisine: excellent local produce!
04/08/2026: The tortelli are superb, but the wild boar is also top-notch. A truly great restaurant.
