We went to the cellar with a group of friends for a tasting and were welcomed by Silvia with extreme courtesy. Food, accompaniment and exhaustive and satisfactory explanations. The view from the terrace overlooking Valpolicella is sublime. Definitely recommended

Lovely place with a great menu choice. Courtesy of the staff.. Elia number one for kindness and friendliness. We had a great time and had a lot of fun. Highly recommended!

We were only in the wine cellar and had a tasting with Sylvia. She was super knowledgeable and passionate about the wine and we really enjoyed our time with her. The wine was not to our taste (bit young) except for the dolcevita but that’s very personal and not to be taken against Castrum. The view from the terrace is gorgeous! Worth a stop if you’re in the area.

Excellent hotel, new, spacious, beautiful, clean rooms, perfect breakfast, lots of treats, eggs, meat, cheese, breads, yogurts and various toppings. I really liked that fresh honeycomb is served, everything is clean, quiet, a very stunning view. Service staff, smiling, very helpful, There is a bar where you can eat and sit and drink, in front of a magical view, good music. Of course we will come back again

The place is spectacular, San Giorgio Ingannapoltron offers a view over Valpolicella to Lake Garda, practically a postcard. In front of a Romanesque parish church in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. It's little publicized, but maybe that's what the restaurateur wants. I drank a Recioto that gets into your bones and never goes away. Optimal

14/08/2024: I have never eaten a pizza like this. The dough is spectacular, with grains of flour. The ingredients are of great quality and Vicenzo is always friendly when talking to his customers. He deserves a more visible place, one that is not so hidden where people can easily find him and try his products.

07/08/2024: If I could I would give 10 stars, I just left the restaurant, where I had never been, and it was an incredible discovery: excellent food, spectacular friendliness, superb wine. It's my birthday and even though they didn't know me they presented me with a dedicated dessert, truly thank you but from the bottom of my heart. It's the small gestures that make people and places great. Absolutely worth trying. Thank you thank you thank you 💚
24/07/2024: Durante una tappa di una mia pedalata da Torino a Mestre scopro che l'albergo prenotato telefonicamente aveva perso la mia prenotazione. Trovo quindi una sistemazione in un B&B, che però non ha servizio ristorante. Grazie a questo disguido ho scoperto questo locale, pulito e accogliente. Ho mangiato risotto con i funghi, tagliata con verdure grigliate e come dolce crema mascarpone con sbrisolona e caramello. Tutto più che ottimo, è l'accoglienza e il servizio sono stati super cortesi e impeccabili. Peccato solo per il panorama: una centrale elettrica sull'altra riva del Po, ma di certo questa non è colpa loro!
