Amazing shop in Prati for high quality goods. Staff is helpful, friendly, and well informed. They will also take the effort to learn what you shop for/who you are if you show up more than a couple times. Can recommend a pop in based on area, availability of stuff you can't get anywhere else, or just the bar inside.

You'll find everything. My sister and I brought back some sauces, pasta, wine, and cheese, all very good. I didn't leave a review before because I had to try them, and when I get home, I can definitely recommend them. Everything arrived very well, and if I return to Rome, I'll definitely return to Castroni to bring back a little piece of Italy.

Best Castroni shop in all Rome, in my opinion. Large and very well stocked. I was looking for Mexican and other Tex-Mex and Latinamerican products and found many of them! From cans of jalapeños, mole paste, dried chilies, flour tortillas, corn tortillas, corn flour (Maseca), etc., they have them! Even Valentina picante sauce, which it’s my favorite! They have it! They also have many American products like BBQ sauce, salad dressing, etc. Plenty of spices and other cooking products from Asia, Germany, etc I did not have a chance to look at everything but will do next time!

Beautiful shop, super stocked with everything: all kinds of food, wines, gins, even Japanese ones, pecorino cheese, oil, bacon, pastries, I could go on and on... inside there is a counter to have a standing breakfast. Very fast, good coffee and good leavened products. A place where Romans go, so it is recommended for a quick visit or to get some gifts or souvenirs of typical products.

A pride of the Romans, a shop where you can find food specialties from all over the world. Castroni is also an excellent roaster resulting in excellent coffee that you can drink inside. Until 10 in the morning it has many delicious yeasts including Maritozzi with cream. It also ships worldwide.

01/06/2025: Este es un restaurante encantador cerca de Piazza Navona, nos alojamos cerca por una semana y comimos aquí dos veces que era tan bueno. Buena elección de pizzas y pastas para los niños, pero es mejor conocido por la amplia gama de opciones de albóndigas en el menú, y las patatas asadas como acompañamiento estaba perfectamente cocinado. El personal era amable y el ambiente era genial!
30/05/2025: Cute place, literally a minute walk from Piazza Navona. Huge variety of delicious Italian dishes. Prices are a bit expensive, but the portions are very large (we couldn't finish any dish, even though we really tried) and considering the location the price is completely fair. Great service, smiling waitresses, everything works very quickly and is definitely delicious. Nothing special here but definitely a place worth eating at. It was fun
