My wife and I spent a weekend organized from Saturday afternoon with dinner, overnight stay, breakfast, Sunday lunch, and guided tours. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness, warmth, and service of the staff. They were very attentive, helpful, and always smiling (something that doesn't happen often these days). The location is charming, rustic, and above all, always spotlessly clean and fragrant. And last but not least, the food was fantastic throughout. Thank you for everything. We'll definitely be back.

I stayed in this hotel for New Year's Eve. It was well organised, excellent food, friendly and helpful staff. The only flaw was that there wasn't a relaxation area where you could chat or play cards.

The rustic location is meticulously designed down to the smallest detail, making you feel like you're truly inside an authentic castle: stone, traditional furnishings, historical details, and photos of scenes from Francesco Rosi's films, all tied to Salvatore Giuliano, add a unique cultural touch to the atmosphere. The pizza is top-notch, with a light dough, quality ingredients, and flavors that captivate from the first bite. You can clearly taste the passion and attention behind every preparation. Special praise goes to the waiters, always professional, kind, and attentive without ever being intrusive: impeccable service that truly makes the difference. Everything is made even more magical by the presence of the fireplace, perfect for warming up on cooler evenings while sipping a good wine, immersed in a warm, welcoming, and evocative atmosphere. Highly recommended for those looking not only for excellent food, but also for an authentic experience, rich in history and charm. I will definitely be back.
