Castello Banfi - Sala dei Grappoli In Montalcino

Headed back to Banfi for the 6st time. There is absolutely nothing negative about this property. The staff is super kind, the food is like a Michelin star restaurant. Ignore the negative comments from people who don't appreciate good taste.

Great place, the attention and detail is excellent

It was a wonderful experience. Hotel is truly fabulous. From the first moment you are pampered with a glass of sparkling wine. Our room was beautiful and cared for down to the smallest details. Sleep quality was high. Very good pillows and mattresses. The room was quiet. It was very well cleaned both in the morning and in the evening. We liked breakfast. For my personal tastes it had everything. Smart and friendly staff in the breakfast area. Unfortunately there were children in the pool who screamed a lot and no one said anything. Even a starred restaurant disappointed. Definitely worth returning

We went there for a wine & dine. The location is absolutely stunning, the food was more than perfect. I didn't have such a perfect service in a very long time. They love dogs as well - big plus! Keep up the good work!

Direkt in Castello Banfi also bei einem der berühmtesten Weinhersteller in Montalcino. Es ist eine der schönsten Restaurants, wo ich im Leben gegessen hatte. Es ist definitiv ein Lokal für besondere Anlässe mit atemberaubender Aussicht und EInrichtung. Das Restaurant hat 1* Michelin und die Küche hat es voll verdient. Die Gerichte sind top bedacht und schmecken einfach fantastisch. In der Weinkarte befinden sich viele Weine aus Castello Banfi und dazu kriegt man viele tolle Jahrgänge. Mir hat der Somelier einen Supertuscan Summus aus dem Jahr 2015 empfohlen und es war eine tolle Emfehlung. Die Leute im Service sind extrem kompetent und machen im positiven Sinne alles, damit Du den Abend nicht vergessen wirst. Dazu die Preise befinden sich auf einem sehr fairen Niveau. Pro Person muss man mit Weinen 150 EUR rechnen. Ich finde es für 1* nicht teuer. BofG - Wiederkommen/Empfehlungsfaktor (0-100%): 85% - definitiv zu empfehlen.

Cosa Dire ? Fantastico. La struttura un castello da fiaba , la cucina squisita , il vino anche per delle persone che abitano nella zona e quindi lo conoscono bene rimane una sorpresa , Abbiamo optato per una serie di calici diversi da abbinare ad ogni portata . Conoscevo il rosso di cui sono innamorato ma mi hanno stupito i bianchi della cantina Banfi , tutti veramente molto sopra la media . E per finire lo Staff , questo è il punto vero di forza del ristorante , Complimenti a tutti i camerieri che ci hanno servito, preparatissimi educatissimi e pronti a farti sentire a casa in ogni momento .

We had wonderful evening with 7 course menu. Service on high level, delicious food and lovely wines from Castello Banfi.

I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful this hotel is. The rooms, food, service, grounds- all of it! We came for our honeymoon and could not have imagined a better stay. Yes, it is expensive, but it is money very well spent! We spent our days relaxing by the pool, exploring Montalcino and Montepulciano, and exploring the winery grounds via bike and garmin provided by the hotel. We also enjoyed their library and board game room! Thank you to all the Banfi employees for our amazing stay.

For a Brunello wine lover it's almost a must to stop by...

I don't know if they have rooms for rent here, we were here on a wine tour and there is a museum of bottles and glass
