Small but nice place, friendly staff, the food is delicious, medium-high prices, I think it's worth it

Excellent dinner in the center of Turin We managed to book at this beautiful restaurant in the center of Turin. There were some misunderstandings about the number of people (there were 8 of us but from the reservation they understood there were 2 of us) but they still found us a table with only a 15 minute wait. During this time they made us sit in the entrance area, bringing us chairs and armchairs and offering us a bottle of prosecco (very very good!). I must say an optimal service is absolutely not to be taken for granted and for this reason my evaluation will be optimal. The location is very beautiful and particular, the atmosphere is special and in my opinion excellent for a couple's dinner. The menu is very varied, mostly meat-based but with a choice of fish too. We opted for mixed house starters (€20) with tastings of all the starters on the menu: mignon portions (but absolutely justified by the price) very well presented and spectacular, the vitell tone was really excellent. We then took a dish each between first and second course: personally I chose the diaphragm with potatoes and red onion (€19), very good and tender and the portion was generous but I must say that I wasn't particularly enthusiastic. Others had the braised meat with mashed potatoes and upon tasting I can confirm it was sublime, as were the agnolotti. The staff was always very friendly and helpful even though it was very late (we sat down at 10pm). We chose a Nebbiolo produced on the house: excellent as an accompaniment. We concluded with coffee and bitters: overall we spent €39 (an appetizer for every 2, a dish, water, coffee and 2 bottles of wine for 8 of us) therefore in fact given the location of the restaurant (in the centre) and the care taken with the location , not much in my opinion. I absolutely recommend!

Very refined Piedmontese cuisine. All very good and the first courses are amazing, you can feel that the pasta is homemade and the sauce is also perfect. We also liked the desserts a lot. Attentive and courteous service, the only flaw was a little slow, between starter and first course we waited more than half an hour. Very beautiful location. If you are looking for a place to eat excellent Piedmontese cuisine in a nice place I recommend it!

Wow! Una delle migliori cene che io mi ricordi. Abbiamo scelto il menu degustazione e tutti i piatti oltre ad essere belli erano anche di una qualità veramente alta. Se devo dare un consiglio, direi di non perdersi i plin ripieni di pesto su acqua di pomodoro e la cipolla ripiena. E per finire in bellezza non saltate la millefoglie di bicerin. Buon rapporto qualità/ prezzo.

Wieder da. Das vitello tonatto ist hervorragend. Die selbstgemachten Nudeln, hervorragend. Wer gutes Essen mag, sollte hier auflaufen. Etwa hochpreisig, aber noch ok.
