The evolution of the typical Piola Torinese, which maintains some traditions with an eye for modernity. A refined and elegant location, exquisite typical Piedmontese dishes, and an extremely affordable €40 menu offer, allowing you to try three courses and a dessert, portions that are never overwhelming but not meager. The vermouth pairs excellently, and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

A colleague and I went to Osteria Nuova in Turin's Porta Nuova neighborhood last night, and had a very positive experience. The restaurant is spread across multiple rooms and levels: we dined in the pleasant and bright ground-floor room, but the one downstairs, with its vaulted ceilings and exposed brick, seems even more charming. The service was very courteous and prompt. The menu allows you to start with a vermouth aperitif and then choose between the à la carte menu or the tasting menu (€40) with an appetizer, first course, second course, and dessert, which we chose. We started with a classic veal with tuna sauce, followed by delicious agnolotti al plin, which were truly flavorful. The braised cheek was also delicious and very tender. All washed down with a glass of Barbera 2023. The final bonet was also good. Overall, a pleasant dinner: well-executed Piedmontese cuisine, attentive service, and absolutely fair pricing. A reliable address in the city center.

Fine cuisine, excellent service, creative menu choices...good wine. The only flaw isn't the restaurant itself, but unfortunately the long-standing homeless population.

Chosen primarily because it's close to Porta Nuova and open on Mondays. We found a very refined atmosphere, friendly, discreet, and efficient service, and truly excellent dishes. The agnolotti, tarté, and braised beef were especially delicious. You can taste the quality not only in the taste but also because it's filling without weighing you down. The flavors are well-balanced. Highly recommended! If I'm in Turin again, I'll definitely consider it. Booking on their website is very convenient.

Restaurant in the historic center of Turin. Serving Piedmontese food with modern touches. The apartments are well-appointed, the dishes are delicious and the wine is excellent, highly recommended!

One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. 10/10 would come back again. The food was absolutely amazing, high quality and well made. The Vitello Tonnato and the Veal Cheeks were super good. Extensive wine list and good recommendations from staff. We really liked that they offer a tasting menu that’s 70-75% size of the à la carte menus so you won’t be overly stuffed but still get to taste the best dishes. Service was great, very professional, very efficient, serving was fast, very friendly and nice staff that makes you feel comfortable dining there. Perfection!
