I've known Alex and Stefano for a few years, and their place has become my go-to for an excellent business aperitivo or a special dinner with friends! The food is top-notch, the wine superb, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional!

An elegant and refined restaurant, with welcoming and friendly staff. The menu was traditional and varied, and the food was truly delicious. I highly recommend this experience. I also personally found it to be a very romantic setting, perfect for couples.

We had dinner in a very beautiful location. There are several rooms. The one on the ground floor where we were is modern and elegant, but the real gem is on the basement level. It feels like entering a cellar, surrounded by bottles of wine. It's truly beautiful. The typical Piedmontese food is impeccably presented. The veal with tuna sauce is excellent. The wine list is excellent, and the quality/price ratio is good. But I think the strong point is the staff: kind, welcoming, and attentive. My compliments to all the staff. We will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect: a truly unique location with attention to detail, impeccable service, excellent cuisine with several quality vegetarian options, something not to be taken for granted for a Piedmontese osteria.

Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante dopo aver letto le recensioni positive presenti sul sito. Il locale è molto caratteristico, il personale è accogliente e davvero disponibile. Dopo un piccolo entrée di benvenuto (ottima la giardiniera), abbiamo preso il vitello tonnato (buono, ma si sentiva molto la senape), gli agnolotti del plin ai tre arrosti e il brasato. La qualità era molto buona. Il brasato è un piatto che consiglio di assaggiare, precisando però che è molto impegnativo, quindi qualora si avesse intenzione di assaggiare più piatti tradizionali, consiglio di dividerlo in due. Abbiamo chiuso la cena con il bonet (dolce tradizionale) e un passito piemontese. Abbiamo speso in totale 94 euro per un antipasto, un primo, due secondi, dolce e bevande. Buono nel complesso.
