Un ottimo ristorante gestito da ragazzi giovani ma con già un sacco di esperienza, sanno valorizzare i prodotti del loro territorio anche con l’innata simpatia e accoglienza. Alta cucina di eccellenza, primi ottimi, la carne cotta a bassa temperatura semplicemente divina (gustosa, si squaglia letteralmente in bocca). Qualità prezzo giusta. Noi abbiamo usufruito anche di 2 notti nel loro B&B arredato con gusto e pulito, convenzionato con il bar De Gasperi (ottima colazione). Consigliatissimo! P.s.: scale molto ripide, non per portatori con disabilità motorie

We had dinner with some friends, a restaurant we had only heard about. It was an excellent choice, both for the traditional but elegant location (hidden in the ancient village of Minervino Murge...among houses, stairways and cats) and for the excellent food accompanied by a very pleasant service. Inside the restaurant does not have many seats, but it is well organized and you can really feel the atmosphere of home! All courses exceeded expectations, especially for the quality, good selection of wines including those from the Sciesciola winery. The owner and chef is really friendly and makes everyone feel at ease, greeting and talking to all the guests during dinner. Outside there are two small terraces used as external rooms, from which when there is still light, you can admire the panorama that Minervino enjoys from above. A special prize must certainly be given to the "grandmother's tart", obviously a homemade dessert which you will certainly be advised to try. Not at all salty bill, on the contrary, very correct for the quality of the food, the quantity and the satisfaction of the evening just spent! Highly recommended.
