An excellent lunch in an unexpected location. They stand out from other local restaurants both in terms of ambiance and cuisine. For us, coming from outside the region, understanding each dish, its history, and its ingredients, was a great way to better appreciate what we ate. Food is also culture. A small, romantic, welcoming restaurant with extremely friendly staff. The food is top-quality, with authentic local flavors. Excellent service with wonderful staff: one young lady was very kind in giving my nieces a piece of paper and some crayons to entertain them, and even took the time to put a cushion on their chair. A young man was so kind, he asked us at the end if everything was to our liking. Beyond the good food, it's also the hospitality that makes a place special, and yours is just that. Congratulations, we'll be back.

Nice place, with a very intimate and welcoming atmosphere. Friendly staff, quick service. The dishes were good, especially the turnip starter and desserts. I didn't try anything that made me say "wow," but everything was good. The ricotta tart is highly recommended.

The restaurant is located in the oldest part of Minervino Murge, above the town square, with a beautiful hill in front. It has a lovely terrace where you can have lunch or dinner during the warmer months. The interior is very beautiful and welcoming; it's an old house, but it's been carefully renovated, preserving its original character. The menu features traditional dishes, as well as more unusual dishes, all using locally sourced ingredients. Vegetarian options are also available, and for my gluten and lactose intolerance, I found gluten-free bread and pasta, as well as lactose-free options. Naturally, I mentioned this when I booked. Everything is excellent; the ingredients are top-quality, the staff is very kind and helpful, and I even met the chef, who I found to be very talented.

A true hidden gem! The osteria exceeded my expectations. It offers authentic local cuisine in an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. The dishes are delicious and the service is excellent. I will definitely be back.

Excellent appetizer consisting of many small dishes and an excellent first course... we hadn't booked and when we entered with our dog we were told to sit at the first table immediately after the door because he would have made a mess... it was fine for us but maybe it could have been avoided
