The restaurant is located in the oldest part of Minervino Murge, above the town square, with a beautiful hill in front. It has a lovely terrace where you can have lunch or dinner during the warmer months. The interior is very beautiful and welcoming; it's an old house, but it's been carefully renovated, preserving its original character. The menu features traditional dishes, as well as more unusual dishes, all using locally sourced ingredients. Vegetarian options are also available, and for my gluten and lactose intolerance, I found gluten-free bread and pasta, as well as lactose-free options. Naturally, I mentioned this when I booked. Everything is excellent; the ingredients are top-quality, the staff is very kind and helpful, and I even met the chef, who I found to be very talented.

Excellent appetizer consisting of many small dishes and an excellent first course... we hadn't booked and when we entered with our dog we were told to sit at the first table immediately after the door because he would have made a mess... it was fine for us but maybe it could have been avoided

We stumbled upon the town of Minervino Murge by chance. We opened Google and immediately found this restaurant. It's a must-try! The location is truly unique, overlooking the Murge. The service was excellent and efficient. We chose the tasting menu and were amazed by the value for money. 100% recommended for both the elegant location and the traditional cuisine.

A dream place, very, very good dishes, with attention to every detail. I'm vegetarian, but I ate a lot and well. The waiters were both very kind and helpful. Keep it up, because you've created a masterpiece.
