An experience that I would do again a million times, super staff in the dining room and very, very good dishes......

Menu degustazione molto interessante con alcuni piatti spettacolari come il wafer e lo scampo. Attenzione maniacale al cliente e servizio impeccabile . Esperienza eccellente. Il piatto dedicato alla callas un po’ troppo interlocutorio , manca di personalità; soprattutto servito dopo dei piccoli antipasti eccezionali . Diminuirei il focus sul pane/focaccia a favore delle pietanze per essere un po’ più leggeri alla fine in una piacevole zona dolce. Aumenterei anche il ricircolo dell’aria in saletta che verso fine pasto diventa un po’ pesante e soffocante.

Ai 12 apostoli ho trovato l'eccellenza praticamente sotto ogni aspetto, difficile commentare le singole cose. Il locale è stupendo, il personale perfetto, preciso e cordiali, mai invadente ma sempre presente, bendisposto e sorridente a chiacchiere non banali. Il menù ha soddisfatto in pieno le aspettative e le complesse lavorazioni erano chiaramente percepibili. La cosa che mi ha colpito meno (e qui magari verrò crocifisso) è stata la famosissima millefoglie. Intendiamoci: la sfoglia era incredibile, veramente pazzesca, ma ho trovato la crema eccessivamente meringata , in pratica al sapore era albume montato e colorato. E' stata l'unica cosa di tutta la serata per cui ho non ho detto "wow". Menzione d'onore invece per un altro piatto storico dello chef, il wafer di branzino, liquirizia e caprino...un vero orgasmo culinario.

High level culinary experience in a context with attention to detail. Chef Perbellini's creations deserve the fame they have. Formal service, but with a touch of irony and warmth. The restaurant, a historic Veronese restaurant, has been wonderfully revisited. Great work.

Amazing place, amazing food, amazing service. 2nd time visiting. We diverted from route just for this place. We ordered chief table for 2 and loved it so much. Highly recommend. We'll definitely visit again. Advice to book in advance.

What can we say about a 3 star? Top culinary and visual experience. At the end we were able to visit the kitchens and chat for a long time with the chef

It is almost useless to make a comment! Beautiful historic location, the chef offers a really interesting menu with very particular flavors and textures, excellent cheeses as well as the entire tasting menu we chose, thanks to Riccardo our dedicated waiter! Thanks to all the staff and Chef Perbellini.

There are no words because the experience is indescribable! Pure entertainment
