The best dining experience in the city of Verona and certainly in the province, I won't go any further but I can add that so far it was the best two-Michelin-starred restaurant I have ever tried.
Giancarlo Perbellini is able to take his customers on a real journey of scents, aromas, textures, colours, flavours.
Absolutely recommended is the X12 menu, which also includes a perfect wine pairing.
If you come to visit the city of Verona you cannot miss this opportunity!
I personally took the opportunity to share this moment with my fiancée and it has been one of our best memories so far

It took a few minutes before someone opened the door. Once inside the foyer then into the dining room, the color of the room and the thoughtful design of the table, begins your experience.
This is a historic restaurant and the Chef buying it and continuing the quality of the restaurant is remarkable.
There were 2 set menu choices for lunch. I should have gone with the traditional but chose the seasonal. While, interesting, perhaps I should have gone with the traditional.
The wine recommendation was perfect. My only faux pas was forgetting to take the remainder half bottle with me.
Would I return, yes and choose the traditional course.

My wife and I have visited something like 30 Michelin restaurants over the last 3 years -- it's our favorite hobby. Casa Perbellini is unequivocally the best.
We've been here six times over three summers in Italy. It is always a 10/10. Last night was perhaps the best dinner of the six.
If you're considering whether to try this restaurant, stop thinking and just do it. The chef is an artist; the staff are lovely; the food and experience are perfection.

I read about a garlic intolerance issue at an Italian restaurant? You might as well be intolerant to olive oil, Mama-mia.
Food was consistently top notch in quality and execution. Chef aims to bring out the natural sweetness of main ingredient. flavors are not bold but balanced and light with substance.
The ‘Tomato’ spaghetti was on a different level. Pasta was cooked in clear tomato water, absorbing all its fragrant sweetness. The ‘tomato’ looking thing was an umami bomb.
Service, without a hitch.

How can I share in writing the wonderful experience I had at lunch today? We already knew both chef Giancarlo's cuisine and the historic location of the "12 Apostles", but the current union of these two superlative realities has produced an excellent result, which satisfies the eyes, the palate, the body and the spirit. The refinement of today's menu combined with impeccable service, set in a superbly renovated environment, are worth the visit.

I would like to describe how pleasantly the location fascinated us and how the service was impeccable and simultaneously affable. We personally decided to try the "Silvia and I" tasting journey which had just been renewed on a Tuesday for lunch. Incredible journey through memorable textures and flavours. We also tasted his millefeuille: impossible to forget it. Furthermore, they also remembered the occasion for which we had chosen their location and brought us a birthday cake to crown the event! I give many compliments to chef Perbellini and his team. Two Michelin stars certainly deserved.

A uniquely exceptional place! While passing through Verona, we wanted to test the Chef’s Table and experience cooking in this two-star restaurant. We started with a tour of the restaurant, with their cellars, Roman tunnels, libraries and spectacular cuisine. The entire meal was successful. The dishes were perfectly executed. The chef was really great, attentive, kind and the service was really superb. Everything was impeccable, the merit of having a third star.
