We had the pleasure of dining at Casa Perbellini 12 Apostoli, and the experience was, without a doubt, top-notch.

My partner and I have been lucky enough to dine at a few Michelin restaurants, to include some 3*’s. This is the best meal we’ve ever had in terms of experience, service, and flavors. I would love to highlight Stefano for his hospitality. He was a joy!
I don’t want to spoil the experience, but I will share that the chef’s table booking begins with a small tour of the property that is just amazing. The menu for chef’s table includes three extra dishes, as well as a wine pairing. The wines and food are exquisite! Each bite was delicious and texturally interesting. The wines were complimentary and even included one blind tasting!
The meal ended with an amazing array of desserts. They also sent out a torte for my husband’s birthday. When we left, Stefano gave us a small book of the best restaurants in Italy. This kind gesture was so moving! I’m so grateful for our meal here and we will never forget it! Grazie mille Stefano, Chef, e squadra!

Spending an evening at 12 Apostoli is certainly a truly unforgettable experience.
An ancient restaurant, simply wonderful, where you can breathe history, culture, and passion, with a relaxed atmosphere.
The staff were impeccable: kind, attentive, and always smiling.
Each course is prepared down to the smallest detail, with authentic but not always surprising flavors. The appetizers are admirable, with a wide array of flavors. The sea bass and goat cheese wafer is a real surprise. Fantastic.
It's a shame about the first course, where my wife didn't like the smell and taste of the oven-dried yeast... and it is indeed very unique. And the same must be said for the partridge with pearà and brown stock, where the very tender meat was overpowered by a pearà that was truly... too peppery.
The wine pairings were good, except for the Barolo, which was perhaps a little dull for the accompanying courses. The sweet wine paired with the desserts was excellent... perhaps a little expensive!
The requirement that all diners must choose the same route is limiting.

Mr. Perbellini is a gentleman from another era. We had an environmental problem as soon as we arrived—it was Valentine's Day and the place was packed. We decided to stay, despite the problem. Mr. Perbellini handled it with an elegance and courtesy that, unfortunately, are increasingly rare these days. We will be delighted to return.

If there's a place where Verona's history blends with haute cuisine, it's undoubtedly the 12 Apostoli restaurant. It wasn't just a meal, but a sensory experience. The staff was professional, discreet, and highly trained. Watching the Chef and his team at work was a spectacle of precision and harmony. A total gastronomic experience, led by one of the true masters of Italian cuisine. Thank you, Chef, for making this lunch and my husband's birthday an unforgettable memory!
