I participated in an immersive experience in Chef Perbellini's house. At 12 apostoli there is the possibility of experiencing the chef's table for only 12 people. Tasting menu plus some surprises, directly inside the kitchen. With the tour of the restaurant and the cellar first, and with the fabulous experience of enjoying "the kitchen within the kitchen", truly not to be missed.

What can I say...when cooking becomes art!
I had already been to both Isola Rizza and San Zeno in the Chef's previous restaurants.
First time at the 12 Apostles and first time as a three-starred winner.
A reconfirmation with classics such as the famous wafer and a discovery of fantastic new dishes.
It deserves it, it really deserves it.
I recommend everyone to be overwhelmed by one of the tasting menus and follow the path created by chef Perbellini.

As it stands right now it may be one of the best restaurants in the world. What Perbellini and the team have accomplished here is a culinary spectacle.
While the service may be a bit rough around the edges, some mistiming when serving or lack of towels in the toilet, the protagonist in 12 Apostoli is the food and the craftsmanship of the team.
Each dish achieves the feeling of a hearty meal cooked my “la mamma” but with a millimetric perfection that will showcase traditional Italian cuisine with just the right amount of innovation.
The only “defect” I was able to find was the fact that it was too much food. To what Perbellini laughed and said “The bread! It’s always the bread”.
Who could resist those focacce crafted in heaven?
With this, I invite you to explore this little back alley in Verona hiding this world wonder.

A few steps from Piazza delle Erbe (a little hidden) is the restaurant of the chef Perbellini. The internal environment is something of incredible luxury, elegance and refinement, they make you feel in paradise as regards the cuisine (3 Michelin stars). You truly deserve aesthetically refined and creative dishes, tasty with perfect pairings. Infinite choice of fine wines. Precise and classy welcoming service.

What can I say... TOP! The friendliness of chef Perbellini who stops in the room to have a chat with customers is disconcerting. You can see it in his eyes that that is his passion and you can see it in the dishes. We took "silvia and I". An evening I will remember for a long time. I'm just posting a photo of the desserts to pique your curiosity

It's difficult to find the right words for an experience of this type.
The location is incredible, both for the frescoed rooms and for the kitchen, with attached chef's table and open cellar.
We start with an aperitif and then continue with the "Io & Silvia" menu, combined with three glasses chosen by the excellent sommelier Mirta.
We tried all evening to find our favorite dish, but it was very difficult, given the level of the dishes, the tastes and the combinations.
The wafer, however, deserves a special mention.
The service can only be defined with one word: impeccable. It is followed by young people (as well as in the kitchen) with a very high level.
From the entrance to the end of the dinner, we were looked after by Riccardo, who was excellent. At the end of the evening he also took us on a tour of the place, where we also saw the kitchen.
Chantal, like Riccardo, also made us feel at home and at ease, as did all the guys with whom we had the opportunity to exchange a few words at the end of the evening.
At the end of dinner, the Chef passed among all the tables, but we spoke very little, as we were still speechless from the evening.
We returned home with smiles on our faces from the evening we had spent.

Bella location ottimo menu personale di livello e preparazione anche se giovane . Scelta la degustazione Io e Silvia. Alcuni piatti da applausi ( wafer su tutti ) altri meno come l insalata di carciofi lo zabaione e la feta. Sommelier molto in gamba abbinamento vini perfetto. Il limite di dover scegliere lo stesso percorso per entrambe è a mio avviso limitante. Dolci e pasticceria di livello. Prezzo molto molto importante. Un tre stelle da provare.

Ai 12 apostoli ho trovato l'eccellenza praticamente sotto ogni aspetto, difficile commentare le singole cose. Il locale è stupendo, il personale perfetto, preciso e cordiali, mai invadente ma sempre presente, bendisposto e sorridente a chiacchiere non banali. Il menù ha soddisfatto in pieno le aspettative e le complesse lavorazioni erano chiaramente percepibili. La cosa che mi ha colpito meno (e qui magari verrò crocifisso) è stata la famosissima millefoglie. Intendiamoci: la sfoglia era incredibile, veramente pazzesca, ma ho trovato la crema eccessivamente meringata , in pratica al sapore era albume montato e colorato. E' stata l'unica cosa di tutta la serata per cui ho non ho detto "wow". Menzione d'onore invece per un altro piatto storico dello chef, il wafer di branzino, liquirizia e caprino...un vero orgasmo culinario.
