Our first experience at a three-star hotel, which exceeded expectations 🌟 I won't add anything else because it's an experience that deserves to be lived.

As expected of a Michelin three-star restaurant, the control over the flavors is impeccable. With over ten dishes, there are bound to be two or three that will tantalize your taste buds. Aside from the excessively long mealtime, it's practically perfect. Lunch preparation should take at least two hours.

An interesting experience, a journey through original interpretations and evident culinary creativity. However, as is the case in some fine dining restaurants, the constant pursuit of impact and experimentation sometimes ends up prevailing over the identity of the ingredients and the recognizability of the flavors. After a few hours, the memory of the dishes remains more the idea than their taste. The setting, however, is simply spectacular: elegant, refined, and capable of creating an atmosphere that makes the experience even more pleasant and special. What really makes the difference is the service: impeccable in every aspect. A young, highly trained, and deeply passionate staff accompanies the diner with ease and expertise, transforming lunch into a pleasant experience. It is precisely the quality of the welcome that leaves the most positive memory of the visit.

If you're visiting Verona and appreciate good food, pay homage to this restaurant. The chef personally welcomes you and gives you a tour of the cellars before you're invited, in a small group, to dine with a view of the kitchen. It's excellent, and reasonably priced.

Everything was impeccable. Excellent service, elegant yet informal, never intrusive. I could spend hours discussing the dishes, but I probably wouldn't be able to describe them as I'd like. We opted for the IO E SILVIA menu. Chef Giancarlo Perbellini's presence, charm, and friendliness made everything even more special. Photos? No, I didn't take any because the flavors are meant to be remembered. Thank you!

I travel a lot, and this isn't the first Michelin-starred restaurant I've reviewed. But this one deserves a whole starry sky. Everything was perfect.

Great experience, excellent food, 10 plus, but the Chef was cold towards us and we didn't appreciate his arrogant, exalted, superb way of doing things.

3star Michelin that’s worth the hype! 10/10 would recommend this place if you are in town and want to try a fine dining restaurant in the area. Chef used to work in Hong Kong for 5 years so being from Hong Kong, was amazed by how small the world sometimes is. Would definitely come back again if I am ever around the area again!
