What an experience Extraordinary Without doubt one of the best restaurants in Italy

On Saturday 09/11/24 to celebrate our anniversary we treated ourselves to the CHEF'S TABLE EXPERIENCE... truly unforgettable! A thousand compliments wouldn't be enough to describe how wonderful it was... Being welcomed by the chef himself (in addition to his formidable staff), being accompanied by the chef himself to visit this splendid historic location and then finding yourself in this intimate environment where the chef and the his team cooked for us in front of us.. Being followed throughout the dinner by a staff (all very young but impeccable) who, while always maintaining a very high professionalism, managed to create, together with the chef himself, such a familiar atmosphere to make us feel like "guests at a friend's house".. All this, combined with the very high level and quality of the dishes and the beauty of reading in the eyes of the chef and all the staff the happiness of having received the third star a few days ago Michelin, for us, it was truly fabulous. Thank you for making our anniversary wonderfully unforgettable!

I have to say that this is the best Michelin two-star 🌟🌟 restaurant I have experienced in Italy. Every meal is exquisite and perfect. The visual presentation of each plate is very artistic. The taste is matched with each unique sauce, and the taste is very good. There is a sense of hierarchy, from appetizers to main dishes to desserts, it is impeccable. The key point is that you can clearly feel the details and attentiveness of the service. The service of the male manager at the dinner on 24.Oct.2024 was full marks💯! ! The chef greeted me very kindly. This restaurant is definitely one of the must-eat restaurants in this city👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This is the most wonderful dining experience we have ever had. Holding 2 michellin stars the expectations were extremely high and they were met! There are no words to describe this culinary experience that takes all 5 senses and takes them for a walk in taste. Each dish was accompanied by its wine pairing. The wait staff was extremely professional and friendly. The chef, with a smile that only those who love what they do can have.
