Simple atmosphere. I recommend the fish specialties; I don't recommend the Lubianska, which isn't nearly as good as a shoe sole. I'm sorry to leave negative reviews; I must have been unlucky.

09/10/2025: A confirmation. My wife and I have dined at Porton in Trieste several times. The welcome has always been warm, the service prompt, and the food—fish-based dishes—always good. The quality/price ratio is favorable. In short: you eat well and pay a fair price.
