A wonderful discovery, excellent staff, a unique, warm, and welcoming location, especially the cellar where we had our aperitif, with its niches carved into the tuff rock. The dishes were one surprise after another, with unusual flavor combinations that truly made a difference, not to mention the freshness and quality of the ingredients. I will definitely be back.

I ordered a cod appetizer with hummus and caramelized onions, accompanied by an exceptional wine, but my top recommendation is the crespelle—you'll fall in love at first taste. The dessert is also excellent, a truly original persimmon strudel. The staff is attentive and attentive; the young waiter accommodated every request. The owner is also very professional. The restaurant offers a unique atmosphere, a blend of ancient, modern, and industrial elegance. I highly recommend it.

The cuisine and fine wines are an expression of Italian culture. The wine list is impressive. Bread, first courses, second courses, and desserts are prepared traditionally with genuine ingredients. Overall, the best place I've seen in Bracciano (and beyond). Given the overall five-star service, don't expect to pay €20-30 per person for a REAL lunch or dinner. Will I return? ABSOLUTELY.

A truly hidden place and gem. We almost didn't notice the restaurant from the street. So glad to have found it, all other restaurants were boiling and full. This one was nicely air-conditioned, had amazing food and perfect service. Thanks!
