I visited Casa Caldart Restaurant for a photoshoot during a private event, and the experience was truly positive. The restaurant immediately struck me with its style: the clever use of black creates an elegant, modern, and harmonious atmosphere, enhancing every detail without being overwhelming. A refined setting, perfect for events and special occasions. During the evening, I had the opportunity to sample several dishes from the kitchen: carefully presented, high-quality ingredients, and well-balanced flavors. Professionalism and passion are evident, both in the dishes and in the service, which is always attentive and courteous. The wine selection is also excellent, perfectly in keeping with the restaurant's identity. Casa Caldart is a place that successfully combines style, taste, and hospitality: an excellent choice for elegant dinners, private events, or special moments to remember. Recommended.

Excellent traditional local cuisine, expertly served by friendly, highly professional, and attentive staff. A wide and delicious selection of drinks. We arrived unannounced on a Saturday evening, eight of us, and were served impeccably. Thank you, see you soon.

My wife and I got married on September 27, 2025, and we celebrated at this magnificent restaurant, which I already knew from having come there several times where I worked before. First of all, I wanted to thank Roberto and his entire staff for the wonderful organization. He's a wonderful person who made our day simply perfect. He advised and helped us in every way, from the food to how to organize the evening. Collecting feedback from our guests, not a single person was dissatisfied. Everyone ordered seconds because they were refined, inviting, and tasty. The appetizers were a hit, special to say the least!
