Casa Bardacchino In Mango

We didn’t have a house, we only had to eat. Although we came in winter, almost many restaurants were closed. Fortunately, we found this restaurant, which is very close to the winery. It has delicious authentic home-cooked food, very enthusiastic service, warm decoration, and lovely birdsong. It makes people feel very considerate and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Nice place immersed in the heart of the Langhe where kindness and good cuisine welcome the customer. Starters of excellent quality and presented with care, kind and attentive service, the veal belly cooked at low temperature is wonderful and highly recommended. The secluded position and access to the courtyard penalize the place a little, but once you arrive you find a splendid stone structure and a warm welcome from the staff. The prices are not very cheap, but they are justified by the raw materials used and the care taken with the dishes, especially with the starters. The presence of the romantic fireplace in the room also deserves a mention.

Beautiful place! Cozy yet fashionable decor with fireplace and a little area set up in front with warm chairs and blankets. Few tables so not too crowded. The waiter actually came out to greet us and show us to our table. He continued to be extremely helpful and kind throughout the meal which was delicious! We were my husband, my mother and I.. Had 3 different antipasto which were all amazing followed by delicious homemade pasta. And believe me, you can tell it's homemade that morning! Wine from nearby barbaresco was lovely and our waiter gave just the right amount of help in choosing. They really went out of their way to give us the best service and amazing lunch. Will happily return and look forward to seeing the spring/summer version.

Few words are necessary... The restaurant reflects the true essence of eating well. Simple but tasty dishes. High quality of the raw material. Even those with food limitations can eat well. Excellent cellar. Honest prices. Absolutely recommended.

A welcoming, warm place full of very particular details. Beyond the excellent cuisine, the little gems - like a corner in front of the fireplace where you can enjoy a digestive at the end of the meal with a plaid and dried fruit, but also sweets of all kinds - that make you feel at home, are particularly striking Lorenzo's welcome, who is, in all respects, an impeccable host at the Locanda. Preparation and kindness make the stay even more characteristic, as does a pleasant chat with the chef. Well done, a special dinner in every sense. If we happen to be in the area, we will definitely come back!

Molto bella l'allocazione fra vigneti delle Langhe, in assoluta tranquillità ma al contempo comida per raggiungere varie e le località in zona per uno splendido itinerario culturale eno-gastronomico. Bella la struttura, camera comoda e spaziosa. Cenato con piatti assolutamente da provare e buona scelta fra varie specialità di ottimi primi e secondi. Esperienza che piacerebbe ripetere magari l'anno prossimo

In una serata piovosa e od ormai buia, occorre prestare molta attenzione alla strada che conduce a Casa Bardacchino, abbarbicata sulle colline Langarole. Immagino in estate possa essere una gioia percorrerla ed anche ammirare il panorama circostante. Stasera, putroppo, non ci é concesso. Il locale si presenta caldo ed accogliente anche se siamo incuriositi dagli arredi un poco etereogenei, un sombrero (forse ricordo di viaggio oppure regalo di qualche avventore), qualche cappello coloniale, una semplice stampa incastonata in una importante cornice dorata... Tavoli abbastanza spaziosi e ben distanziati, apparecchiatura corretta e tradizionale. L'accoglienza è piacevolissima, calorosa e cordiale al limite dell'amichevole. Apprezzabile ancor di più in quanto si percepisce entusiasmo, voglia e passione e non solo il semplice mestiere. Il menù é limitato ma non é un difetto se poi i piatti sono all'altezza. In questo caso lo sono. Cucina piemontese con qualche variazione ma legata alla tradizione, porzioni sostanziose. Servizio attento e premuroso. Non ho visto la carta dei vini ma abbiamo concordato a voce un Nebbiolo essersi poi rivelato un'ottima scelta. Una menzione particolare per il bunet. Conto corretto. Nel complesso vale sicuramente la pena di tornarci, approfittando di migliori condizioni meteo.
