Incantato !!!!!!!!!! Sono stato a cena in questo splendido locale. Location : molto bella Cucina : antipasti a base di carne buonissimi / primi : risotto al ragù vecchia maniera....SUBLIME.../ agnolotti al plin con burro...favolosi / tagliata.....non ho parole. vini : Arneis e Barbera....livello altissimo. CONSIGLIATO VIVAMENTE ....specialmente agli amanti della carne....la cella frigo è uno spettacolo. Servizio: 10 e lode....bravi ragazzi. consiglio : se andate per pranzo...prima o dopo una passeggiata nel centro storico di Plollenzo...ne vale la pena....fidatevi.

Un bellissimo locale inserito in un borgo delizioso, patrimonio dell’umanità Unesco, che vale la pena visitare. Il ristorante propone cucina tradizionale piemontese, eseguita con grande cura e ingredienti eccellenti così da risultare facilmente digeribile, in una sala elegante anche se forse un po’ “fredda”( idealmente ci vorrebbe un caminetto acceso, anche luci più calde aiuterebbero) . Grande attenzione ai dettagli, dal cestino del pane al pre antipasto, e ottimi vini a prezzi ragionevoli come ragionevoli sono i prezzi delle portate. Un’esperienza da ripetere, unico appunto, toglierei dalla sala il frigorifero delle carni, è vero che sono la specialità del locale ma per un vegetariano, che comunque qui può mangiare molto bene, è uno spettacolo sgradevole.

My parents and I went there for Christmas lunch, we've been going to a restaurant for the occasion for a few years now. This year it was the turn of the Scuderie Sabaude and, fortunately, it went very well! We ate a lot and well (I photographed the menu, you can take a look to get an idea). The service also, nothing to complain about, really very attentive to everything. Only one thing surprised me a little about this lunch: at the end we found ourselves on the bill for three "welcome" glasses of bubbles for €8 each. I highlighted the word welcome because that is how the dining room staff put it. We asked to put all 3 of them in a little and we didn't even finish that little, precisely because it represented a welcome taste to accompany the entrée, not surprisingly called "Chef's Welcome" on the menu. I realize that it was a general misunderstanding on the part of both of us, but I would recommend next time to be more transparent towards the customer so that he can be 100% aware of what he is spending. I reiterate the fact that I gave 5 stars, this is not meant to be a negative review, on the contrary. It's just a small note that I'm sure can be resolved in the future.

Just one word: excellent. The only regret is that I had overdone it the night before and was in an "alcoholic hangover" and was unable to test a monstrous cellar

The Scuderie Sabaude restaurant is located inside an ancient farmhouse that has been completely renovated. The location is very well looked after, the environment is very quiet and private, the staff is very friendly but where the difference should be made is where I noticed a few flaws: the details. The menus have stains on the covers, the glass of bubbles we ordered belonged to a bottle almost certainly opened the day before, the quality of the glass of Barolo ordered (14 euros) left something to be desired. I also pointed out to the staff that my meat arrived a little too cold at the table but when it came time to pay it wasn't taken into consideration at all. In short, a good traditional Piedmontese restaurant but which overall does not have the quality that the bill would require (150 euros for two with two dishes each and without ordering the bottle of wine but ordering 2 glasses). For all these reasons my rating is 6/10.

Excellent traditional Piedmontese restaurant with a warm and peaceful environment defined by brick vaults and columns. The choice of dishes and wines is not very wide, but everything is done extremely well and with excellent raw materials, as well as an excellent quality-price ratio. But the jewel in the crown is the service: it is rare to find such trained and helpful staff today, even in starred restaurants, all without exception.

They are good, good and beautiful. But they are slow. If they can't handle the full tank they have to give up. We tried the giardiniera which we took instead of dessert and it was exceptional. The plins are excellent. 90 minutes after ordering, the second courses arrived, stracotto and rabbit. Here they got miserably lost. Dishes brought out after heating in my opinion. Stuffy rabbit even if it originally seemed well prepared. I repeat the concept, well done, beautiful and good but perhaps they should review the mission of the place. I will certainly be wrong because perhaps I claim the search for perfection but they are on a good,,,uphill path. I hope they don't reply and try to capitalize on my experience if they can and above all if they want to.

Beautiful historic restaurant with traditional Piedmontese dishes. Wine list needs improvement and wine prices a little higher than the competition. The menu is very good as is the professional service. Definitely coming back
