Very high quality local food, perfect service, excellent wines. Not cheap, but consistent with the quality.

We ate very well. The atmosphere was beautiful and welcoming. The waiters were quick and polite.

Found the restaurant through a random search. A truly beautiful and well-maintained place, with friendly, young staff eager to learn and grow, yet elegant and almost on par with a Michelin-starred restaurant. The traditional food, presented in a modern way, was truly exquisite! We'll definitely be back!

A real surprise! A wonderful location, with a green and well-kept garden that makes the atmosphere truly special. We went for the Thursday aperitif and I recommend it to everyone: excellent cocktails, tasty proposals and a relaxed but well-kept environment. The quality of the raw materials is very high, and you can taste it in every dish. All at more than honest prices, which is rare nowadays! A place where I will definitely return. Highly recommended.

Tra il mondo dei ristoranti stellati, e quello delle trattorie/osterie/locande (spesso buonissime) c'è una "terra di mezzo" di ristoranti dove si possono prendere delle fregture pazzesche o scovare delle perle. Alle Scuderie Sabaude siamo sicuramente nella parte più alta di questa "terra di mezzo" e siamo di fronte ad una perla. Ambiente molto curato, elengate ma non troppo formale. Luci soffuse, mise en place impeccabile, tovaglie immacolate, ci si sente a proprio agio. Il servizio è perfetto nei tempi e nei modi, il personale è sempre presente in sala ed interviene in modo tempestivo, sa consigliare e guidare nella scelta. Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione, ottimo ed anche abbondante nelle porizioni contrariamente a quanto succede di solito. Si può optare per 3 calici in abbinamento ad un prezzo più che onesto vista anche la qualità delle proposte. Da segnalare la compentenza e la gentilezza del Sommellier che dopo aver saputo che eravamo stati in una cantina della zona, apprezzandola molto, ci ha cambiato una delle scelte al calice con il vino di cui abbiamo parlato (Roero Val dei Preti di Matteo Correggia - lo scrivo perchè mi fa piacere sia ricordare la cosa che rimarcare la qualità delle proposte al calice di questo ristorante). Antipasti di grande qualità, i brasotti da riprovare assolutamente, il brasato al vermut, tutte proposte ottime. Non abbiamo potuto non notare la varietà e la bellezza dei tagli di carne e la cura quasi religiosa con cui sono presentati, cucinati e servizi. La prossima volta, perchè ci sarà sicuramente una prossima volta, la asseggeremo sicuramente. Ancora un grazie allo Staff e al Titolare, una serata bellisisma.
