We went for lunch on Saturday.
The setting is wonderful, with these truly evocative brick vaults.
The welcome was excellent, with no wait.
We had one appetizer, two white truffle dishes, and one main course. We also had a wonderful bottle of wine recommended by the restaurant owner, as they had sold out of ours. Finally, we had dessert and coffee.
We waited a little longer to pay for our lunch because the restaurant was crowded, but the owner was very kind.
The dining room staff is highly trained, precise, and pays special attention to the customer.

We had dinner this evening, the place is splendid, the food is excellent quality, the Chianina mutton Florentine steak SUPER... the owner is very kind and very knowledgeable, special mention to the father, a special presence, good work and obviously HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Excellent dishes, beautifully presented, in a beautiful and well-maintained setting, with fair prices. A good wine selection.
It's a shame the coffee arrived cold, but the restaurant is definitely recommended.
