This is a Hidden gem hiding in plain sight! Recommended to go by our B&B host. Had a lovely time here and all the staff were super friendly and the food was fantastic - with local specialties as well as other Tuscan favourites available.

Walked by spontaneously... Very good food

A delight. We have just spent our second evening there in 3 days and to tell you the truth, I really hesitated to share this excellent address because its preserved side, personalized welcome, home cooking, excellent quality/price ratio make it one of the best addresses even the best of our road trip. A big THANK YOU to Carpe Diem and his team for making us (re)discover Italian cuisine. You are at the top !

My favorite local restaurant by far, while I was based in the shipyard nearby, I went to the place very often. The food is fantastic, and you can tell the chef is passionate about what he does. I highly recommend this place for its great food, authentic atmosphere, and welcoming staff. You will no be disappointed with the meal. 😊

We had a great experience at Carpe Diem. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly and were incredibly accommodating for my family of 4. The food and drinks were honest yet exceptional, some of the best we’ve had since arriving in Italy. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience in the area.

Beautiful pub-restaurant, wide choice of wines and beers. Delicious food, friendly and very competent staff!
