Appena fuori città Carnivere, consigliato da amici, è stata davvero una bella scoperta gastronomica.
Atmosfera informale, ambiente minimal ma molto curato.
Personale gentilissimo, preparato e preciso nel fornire tutti i dettagli relativi le carni a menù e sugli abbinamenti dei vini.
La carne consigliata, servita rigorosamente al sangue, era ottima e tenera.
Prezzo finale adeguato, assolutamente da provare.
Il locale non ha molti tavoli quindi è consigliabile la prenotazione

I have been to this restaurant several times with my partner and on other occasions with friends, and it is always a certainty for me.
The place is very nice, refined and cared for, the meat is of the highest quality and the service is excellent.
It's a pleasure for the eyes to see chef Andrea at work, he really exudes passion for his work, the head waiter Gianna, on the other hand, with her infinite knowledge of meats and wines always knows how to advise you, then she has this kindness and friendliness that makes you immediately feel like being at home.
In short... a place of the heart.

If you are a meat lover, you will find very high quality in this restaurant.
The customer is pampered and spoiled by the welcome and throughout the entire dinner thanks to Gianna's kindness and professionalism. The wine list is excellent, some are true rarities that cannot be found in Parma.
The dishes, on the other hand, prepared with meticulous precision in every detail, represent the passion that chef Andrea brings to his work... you will be truly amazed!
The location is intimate with a suggestive open kitchen.
Well done everyone... definitely worth trying and coming back!
