Appena fuori città Carnivere, consigliato da amici, è stata davvero una bella scoperta gastronomica. Atmosfera informale, ambiente minimal ma molto curato. Personale gentilissimo, preparato e preciso nel fornire tutti i dettagli relativi le carni a menù e sugli abbinamenti dei vini. La carne consigliata, servita rigorosamente al sangue, era ottima e tenera. Prezzo finale adeguato, assolutamente da provare. Il locale non ha molti tavoli quindi è consigliabile la prenotazione

There are few places where you can have an experience like this. Of course it is not for vegans but I am sure that the kind and knowledgeable staff will find an excellent proposal. I almost went around the world in 3 dishes (super recommended tasting menu) and with a good and timely selection of wines. Welcoming location that encourages sociability. Super chef! Fair price for the quality of the service and menu. Needless to say... hurry up... there's already a queue... book!!!

Prima volta in questo ristornate ma sicuramente diventerà un punto fermo per soddisfare la voglia di carne !!!! Materie prime di altissima qualità, buona carta dei vini e personale veramente gentile e competente, proposte innovative e classiche, ma soprattutto, preparazione e attenzione nei confronti degli ospiti celiaci, che possono sentirsi sicuri. Le fiorentine vengono cotte su una griglia dove viene cotta solo la carne e se si avvisa prima, alcune portate vengono proposte senza glutine. È una vera esperienza enogastronomica venire a mangiare qui....davvero bravissimi ci ritornerò sicuramente!

First time in this restaurant but it will surely become a staple to satisfy the desire for meat!!!! Raw materials of the highest quality, good wine list and truly kind and competent staff, innovative and classic proposals, but above all, preparation and attention towards celiac guests, who can feel safe. The Florentine steaks are cooked on a grill where only the meat is cooked and if you notify in advance, some dishes are offered gluten-free. It's a real food and wine experience to come and eat here....really excellent, I'll definitely be back!

I went last night for my boyfriend's birthday... what can I say? Stunning dinner, intimate setting and spectacular meat, the best we have ever eaten and the staff was very attentive and kind, even with regards to intolerances they immediately asked me if I had certain needs and, being celiac, I really appreciated it! As soon as I posted the photos on social media, so many people immediately wrote to me asking where I had been and I recommended it to everyone! I'm sure they will appreciate it as much as we do🥰🥰 we will definitely be back!!
