Fantastic lunch and exceptional meat, I can say that I am one of the few in Italy to have tasted a Prussian aged for almost 2 years! Exceptional!!! Thank you so much!
In addition to this fantastic experience, everything else was a success:
The fabulous Sakura sashimi appetizer and other spectacular tasting appetizers..
Then comes the best part..3 cuts of meat, one better than the other: swamy, sakura and American blackangus aged for about 100 days, brought in succession! Pure pleasure!
After that, we were served the cut aged for almost 2 years, sublime!
The tasting of all the desserts offered crowned the experience!
All managed by professional and friendly staff!

Seduced by the various reviews, we booked a Tuesday for Saturday evening without any problems.
The welcome was friendly and appropriate for the type of venue.
The atmosphere was quiet with soft lighting.
They created one of the small rooms facing a refrigerated glass case (used during the day to display meat for sale) with cuts of meat available for customers to view.
The staff was friendly and eager to accommodate any of our requests or concerns.
The dishes were all excellent.
Regarding the sashimi, I found a slight imbalance in the ratio of meat to seasoning, which almost negated the sublime flavor of the meat, leading people to eat it without seasoning, probably defeating the chef's purpose.
The various "surprises" served outside of the order were appreciated.
The wine selection was extensive and excellent.
