A unique venue. Friendly and helpful staff. Going to a restaurant called "Carnalmente" and not particularly loving meat is a big risk. Yet they surprised me with an excellent appetizer and an equally tasty first course. My companion opted for appetizers and a grilled dish, which I admit I tried. We didn't miss out on dessert, and we finished on a high note. The price was reasonable for what was on offer. A well-deserved star rating. We pass by here every year, and we'll definitely be back.

A quick stop for a light lunch... but a truly mystical experience! The meat was excellent, as were the first course and dessert.

Discovering this place was wonderful. Starting with the friendly, empathetic, and professional wait staff. We had divine appetizers, first courses, and meat. Everything was excellent. The fettuccine with mushrooms, pancetta, and walnuts was exceptional. The price was fair for the service and quality. Keep up the good work. P.S. They let me bring my Rottweiler in, and that speaks for itself. We'll be back. I've never written a review, but I felt compelled to.

Recommended to any Spanish person in Perugia or Umbria. We were working, visiting clients in Perugia, and after finishing, they recommended we go to this beautiful town 17-18 km from Perugia. The service and attention we received were exquisite throughout. To my pleasant surprise, the restaurant manager heard us speaking Spanish and asked us where we were from. He was Catalan-Italian, and we chatted about it. He recommended an appetizer and the meat dish of the day, which was roast beef cheek marinated in a special wine for many hours. We ordered it without hesitation. I can tell you it's the best meat I've ever eaten in my entire life, an exquisite delicacy. For any Spaniards in Umbria, visit this restaurant. You'll experience exquisite Italian cuisine and completely personalized and exclusive customer service. Congratulations to the entire team for the great work you do. A big hug from Spain.

Locale scelto per caso on line per il pranzo al nostro arrivo. Locale carino, pulito e facile da raggiungere. Personale cordiale, abbiamo ordinato due primi: discreti. Per secondo una tagliata e stracotto con polenta frutta. Buona cottura tutte e due, peccato che la carne era piena di nervetti in tutti e due piatti.
