The food was great. We ordered veal with radicchio and mushrooms (perfectly medium rare), some pasta, grilled octopus, fried cheese with anchovy cream, pasta stuffed with veal, pasta with ricotta, every dessert on the menu. I loved everything (we tasted each other’s food). The place is run by three brother, one of which is the chef and one works on the floor.
The service was impeccable and so was the homemade bread. Did I mention that Sicilian cassata was awesome?
I only took a photo of Sicilian cheesecake with strawberry sauce, because was too busy enjoying food.

A journey into revisited Sicilian cuisine that amazes and strikes, accompanied by a perfect narration from which so much passion and love for tradition and family cooking shines through.... flavors that are striking for their intensity of flavor and lightness.... this is a characteristic that it reinforces the skill especially if, as in this case, the intensity of the flavors is respected and indeed amplified... very good.
To reach the sublime it would only be necessary to fine-tune the presentation of the dishes from a chromatic point of view...details.....

The kindness and humility of people who pamper customers was the certainty of finding myself in a sensational place.
Their dishes are unique and unmistakable; I personally found their attention and dedication in describing every single carefully selected ingredient exciting.
If I ever pass through Palermo again I will know where to return, thank you all for the experience.

Giving 6 stars is not possible, but the passion of Giacomo and his staff is reflected in his dishes with attention to the smallest details, both aesthetically and in the choice of raw materials. It should be underlined that everything, starting from the bread and even the accompanying sauces, are homemade. Place slightly away from the streets of the centre, intimate and welcoming environment. Definitely a stop to be absolutely recommended.

The place is welcoming and clean, with good music playing in the background at a comfortable volume. The service is courteous and fast. The biscuits with my aunt's recipe in the cheesecake are exceptional. The aubergine caponata with apples could be given away in jars to customers as gifts for all seasons. The vegetable tempura with ricotta is a pleasant diversion. I recommend the baked mackerel and the Aquarius. For the black fettuccine with tuna and prawns at my table I saw an encore. Bread and breadsticks prepared by the chef are the crunchy apostrophe between the words "tasting".

I was There 7 year ago for the first time. And it is still a top restaurant. The feeling when you leave is like spirituelle. This was a completly good experience for me. Thank you

Ambitious restaurant that does not allow spontaneous visits.
Tables are allocated at fixed times
Due to the high quality, hungry guests come back 90 minutes later after a long walk (or aperitivo elsewhere).
I like the portion sizes (so they're not too big).
The atmosphere is not "relaxed", which is probably due to the fact that table assignments are choreographed.
