My partner found this place by chance, and it's simply fantastic.
Everyone is so kind, from the owners to the employees.
They make you feel right at home.
In the evening, they offer dinner, especially excellent meat.
And, guys, it's incredibly clean.
We've found the perfect place for when we return to Umbria.

I booked for a spiritual experience and to relive the life of St. Francis, an idol of mine having attended the Franciscan seminary. Without wanting to, I found... tranquility... a love for animals and plants (horses, cats, swallows, olive trees, flowers, aromatic plants...) and a love for my work, done with passion and a smile. The view was phenomenal. Thanks to everyone, and to Sandro, who conveyed St. Francis's message to those who work for him.

We will definitely come back.
We loved it from the first moment. Family, homely, tasty and abundant breakfast.
The family that runs the accommodation is very nice. They are helpful and extremely friendly.
After the delicious and abundant dinner, the evening swim in the pool was very nice. The local wines are excellent. And the olive oil from the farm is especially delicious.
Special thanks for finding my wallet, which I almost forgot to leave in a drawer.
The lady who welcomed us was so nice that I felt at home the whole time.

5 stars because there aren't 10 but I would give 100 and a thousand, friendliness, sympathy, everything wonderfully perfect, the view of the basilica when waking up or the night illuminated under the starry sky by a spectacle that is indescribable in words, the dishes tasted with breakfast are of excellent quality, we returned after 15 years but everything remained as it was then...😍😍
