My friends and I had dinner in this barbecue place after a trek and everything was perfect. Friendly and nice staff, excellent food, amazing meat and delicious pizza. Stylishly furnished environment. I highly recommend it!! :)

I'll start by saying that my review will be bittersweet. I'll start with dessert. Carbondolce it's worth the trip to Canosa alone, which was a bit disappointing... too bad... the inhabitants should learn to love and respect their own country. This is why the refined and welcoming environment of Carbondolce stands out like an oasis in the desert. Polite and hospitable owner. The staff is courteous but the hotel school is something else. The drinks are brought to the table on a tray, never in the hand, even holding 3 bottles together at a time and which are already open. Red wine is strictly served at cellar temperature, not cold room temperature. I don't even serve Tavernello at 4⁰. Let's move on to the meat, certainly of high quality, but when the meat is sold by the pound it is brought to the table before cooking, presenting it to the customer complete with a receipt with its weight and price. Advice for customers, at the end of the meal ask for the bill, carefully check that the dishes shown are those actually arrived at the table, and then get up to pay. (no allusion to intentional errors, perhaps a carelessness) I would go back but certainly some things can be improved.

Quality meat and high-level dishes, studied down to the smallest detail. I highly recommend the fillet with green pepper. The owner is perhaps a little intrusive, some might be annoyed by the excessive familiarity he takes with the customer. Highly recommended place for those who want to eat meat and want to eat well.
