07/02/2026: True, genuine and authentic Roman cuisine in the heart of Bologna. The food here is much better than in many Roman trattorias... And anyone familiar with Rome and its gastronomic culture will immediately notice. Everything is delicious, from appetizers to dessert. The restaurant is minimal, well-kept, and clean; the staff is attentive, and the wait for your food is very short. The quality/price ratio is also excellent; money well spent for quality food and generous portions. So, if you're longing for and nostalgic for Rome and its cuisine, stop by Postamentuccia and you'll feel better. Good luck and keep up the good work!

02/01/2026: A welcoming and warm place with smiling (New Year's Eve) and extremely friendly staff. The cuisine is different from the usual offerings at other restaurants in the area, and is freshly cooked rather than pre-cooked. The wine cellar features numerous national labels. Prices are in line with the offerings.
21/12/2025: A welcoming and warm environment where the food envelops the customer...with haute cuisine and a desire for the food to be perfect. BRAVE .
