We had lunch here on our last day in Orvieto. We had focaccia with prosciutto, stuffed rabbit with a side dish, and pavlova. The food was very good, the place was very nice, and the service was attentive. Everything was great.

We booked with The Fork. Excellent welcome. An unsolicited entree kicked off the meal. We asked for a carbonara with a pasta substitution, and they accommodated us without further ado. However, I found the carbonara a bit disjointed, although good. But my 10/10 goes to the Argentine Angus steak with soy sauce reduction. A stroke of genius.

We sat here for lunch on Saturday, it took them forever to host us, but nothing compared to how long it took our order to come out. We got the bread/tomato soup which was nice, and then waited for about 45m for 2 super small pasta dishes, while the table next to us who ordered after us got their food (same dish!) before us. The papardele Al ragu was very simplistic and unimpressive, and the tartufo cacio e pepe pasta was undercooked (not al dente, simply undercooked) with completely flavorless truffles. Really subpar especially for the price.
