I often return to this restaurant, but lately I've grown to appreciate it even more. I love the food first and foremost, then the attentive and meticulous service, and finally, it's a place frequented by people who don't shout, which is honestly quite a significant detail.

1) steak house that has no control over what it cooks - asked for medium - got almost raw, sent it back to the kitchen- they burned each piece outside and left it raw inside- 4 steaks orders - all off - no consistency- what I saw through the glass window - guy hassling to crust them on each side - how it’s done inside - no checking at all 2) waiter attention non exist after 9pm once the place is full - no one to ask for another drink or salt - no one checking on you 3) glass window allows to see how kitchen is hassling (and they do) - but presume they are still understaffed thus slow 4) guy cleaning up table very unexperienced - can only take and hold one plate in one hand - had to come back non stop many times to take all done plates (and still spilled lots of oil on the table) and on each request was saying “no” instead of checking with someone else who could actually understand and speak english). 5) appetizers were great though 6) no proper steak knives - pain to cut 7) no English menu but it’s ok if you know how to use your phone and take a picture for translation 8) hickory steak 1.1kg that advertised for 2-3 people- nothing special- could barely feel any special taste, after removing the bone and lots of fat - it’s barely enough for 1 person (for 88 cost it’s not really worth it) 9) no cocktails menu and nothing they can prepare besides one basic. Only 2 bottled beer options, no draft, some wines - too poor choice for a restaurant. 10) it was super hot inside (on cool Apr night) and even after we asked to lower ac few times - it was just barely manageable to stay in without sweating

We had dinner at this beautiful, clean, and tidy restaurant with a relaxing atmosphere. The waitress was extremely kind and helpful, very professional. The owner was very friendly and courteous. The absolute must-try is "Pandora's Box," a hollowed-out Montoro onion stuffed with Genovese cheese. The desserts are exceptional. I highly recommend it.

From Naples, I discovered this restaurant which serves excellent meat with service worthy of the finest establishments. You can go there without hesitation.
