Folks! It's possible to go smaller! Here, the community celebrates itself. I personally didn't feel particularly comfortable in the dark and musty cave.

There's not much to say: if you love good food and fine wines paired with the dishes recommended by the owner, who is extremely knowledgeable, then you absolutely must try "Cantina L'ottavaRima"!!!! The owner is very knowledgeable; he recommended wines to pair with the dishes, and I must say they paired perfectly!!! The place is very charming, a cellar carved into the rock, with just a few seats, and you feel right at home. The food is excellent, authentic Tuscan cuisine. We will definitely return and recommend it to friends. Meanwhile, we return to Rome truly satisfied and with wonderful memories. Thanks again to the very kind owner. See you soon

A very quaint, beautiful, and welcoming place where you can eat really well and drink even better. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and makes you feel at home. Quality products and truly delicious dishes. It was a truly wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

I legumi valgono il viaggio in particolare le fave erano memorabili! Tortelli Maremmani top, così come la tartare, il locale è semplicemente fantastico Tutti i prodotti sono locali e cucinati con grande maestria assolutamente consigliato

28/09/2025: In Manciano for a visit, ended with an excellent meal, good quality, normal prices, abundant dishes
07/09/2025: Pleasant atmosphere with well-spaced tables. The best wild boar in the Maremma is served; anything on the menu is a surefire hit. I prefer the pappardelle with wild boar and the wild boar stew. The side dishes and desserts are also excellent (especially the Vino Santo ice cream). We went with our little girls, and they ate everything. A must-try if you're passing through.

13/10/2025: Very nice place with delicious fish dishes.
31/08/2025: Very nice location. Excellent service. But we were disappointed with the food. We had a few appetizers and the fish soup, but none of the four of us liked it. One of us even had stomach problems right after dinner. Too bad.
