A truly unique experience! The restaurant is housed in a charming cave, creating a magical and intimate atmosphere. We ate wonderfully: carefully prepared dishes, authentic flavors, and generous portions. The service was impeccable, courteous, and attentive. An undoubtedly superb experience, from the setting to the individual specialties, and last but not least, the captivating explanations provided by the expert host, detailing each course and seasoning it with meticulous attention to detail. A wonderful experience that we've brought back to Rome with us. Definitely worth repeating.

Authentic restaurant serving high-quality Tuscan cuisine. The ingredients are personally selected by the owner—everything is fresh, authentic, and flavorful. We booked in advance (recommended, as there are limited tables).
The interior is welcoming and meticulously maintained, with the option of descending into a charming, cool grotto.
We sampled the bean salad, beef peposo, ricotta and mint ravioli, and bruschetta with sausage—delicious and well-balanced dishes.
The owner recommended the perfect wine to accompany our dinner and offered an excellent selection of digestifs. The atmosphere was warm and pleasant. We'll definitely be back!

An extraordinary restaurant. Everything you get there is made from local products, according to local recipes. A bit of a museum, a bit of a gallery. It is worth relying on the dishes of the day and wines of the day offered by the owner.
