From my trip through central Italy from Naples to Florence, this place definitely stood out as one of the best. The pinsas are delicious.

Small place in the center of Siena and the internal rooms without windows are very warm.
Good pinse, well cooked and with excellent ingredients. Friendly staff, slightly expensive prices, the average price of a pinsa is €15, however it is worth trying

The restaurant has a huge selection of pins. There really are no limits to creativity when it comes to the topping. The taste is extremely good and the price-performance ratio is unbeatable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. After we asked for the bill, we weren't offered a digestif, but rather several glasses full of sweets were placed on the table... That came as a surprise and really amused us 😅 Overall, an unforgettable visit and highly recommended ☺️

Veramente tantissime varietà di pinsa. Tutte ottime! Ne abbiamo prese di molti tipi diversi da quella con le acciughe del cantabrico ( che arrivano a parte) , quella con il polpo o quella con bologna e crema di pistacchio. Cotte alla perfezione, saporite al punto giusto. Veramente da provare! Ci sono però due appunti da fare: fanno i doppi turni (che a me non piacciono) e il locale non è grande quindi è difficile che accettano gruppi superiori a 8 persone.

Congratulations truly for the choice of raw materials and for the truly good pinsas! You can see that in addition to work there is passion and research. Congratulations to everyone and go and try their pinsas because they deserve it. I conclude with a further note of thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the waiters. All this is increasingly difficult to find today and I think it is right to underline it.

We have already been to Pinseria on several occasions. Alone and in company. I admit, I have never eaten Pinsa in "Roma" so I have no terms of comparison. But the quality of the dough (therefore its digestibility), the freshness of the ingredients and the variety of proposals make this place truly a special place in Siena!
