The restaurant has a huge selection of pins. There really are no limits to creativity when it comes to the topping. The taste is extremely good and the price-performance ratio is unbeatable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. After we asked for the bill, we weren't offered a digestif, but rather several glasses full of sweets were placed on the table... That came as a surprise and really amused us 😅 Overall, an unforgettable visit and highly recommended ☺️

Ambiente piacevole, ingredienti molto buoni. Ho preso una pinsa carbonara: gustosa ed originale. Bene il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Congratulations truly for the choice of raw materials and for the truly good pinsas! You can see that in addition to work there is passion and research. Congratulations to everyone and go and try their pinsas because they deserve it. I conclude with a further note of thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the waiters. All this is increasingly difficult to find today and I think it is right to underline it.

We have already been to Pinseria on several occasions. Alone and in company. I admit, I have never eaten Pinsa in "Roma" so I have no terms of comparison. But the quality of the dough (therefore its digestibility), the freshness of the ingredients and the variety of proposals make this place truly a special place in Siena!

The pinsa is always delicious, this place is a guarantee! Service young and fast but not always courteous. Menu with QR code but there is no line inside, they give you wifi but it doesn't always work...

Pinse romane in tantissime varietà e alta qualità degli ingredienti utilizzati. Abbiamo preso una pinsa a testa ed eravamo soddisfatti, anche se qualcuno ha fatto il bis! L'impasto è croccante e leggero. Le pinse sono tutte ben condite, tra quelle provate per i miei gusti però i salumi sono risultati troppo abbondanti e non bilanciati rispetto agli altri ingredienti. Il servizio è stato un po' lento ma il locale è sempre pieno.

Very nice place with extremely friendly staff. The pinsas are excellent, there is a lot of choice and non-trivial ingredients are used such as wild boar mortadella and duck speck. Excellent quality/price ratio if you consider that 11 of us had a pinsa each, coca beers etc., sweets and coffee and we spent €24 each. I give 4 stars, which in reality would also be 4.5, because they need to improve on the desserts... it's a shame because they look really well presented, but when tasted they disappoint expectations (I tasted the sbriciolona and the tiramisu). In conclusion, a very nice place, close to the center and with a very young and super competent staff. Highly recommended 👍🏼

Roman pinse in many varieties and high quality of the ingredients used. We took a pinsa each and were satisfied, even if someone had an encore! The dough is crunchy and light. The pinsas are all well seasoned, but among those I tried, for my taste the cured meats were too abundant and not balanced compared to the other ingredients. The service was a little slow but the place is always full.

18/01/2025: Abbiamo scoperto questo locale, dopo il consiglio di una ragazza di Poggibonsi. Vista spettacolare dalla terrazza, personale simpatico, gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo preso il menù da 38 euro. Antipasto di salumi, tagliolini al ragù, arista, patate al forno, vino, acqua, caffè e digestivo. Possibilità di fare il bis per tutte le pietanze...ma vi assicuro che non vi è stata la necessità! Nella sala è presente un caminetto enorme che riscalda l'ambiente e rende l'atmosfera molto accogliente. Consigliato
23/10/2024: Mi marido y otras dos parejas almorzaron en Fattoria Poggio Alloro. Nuestro guía turístico, Luca me recomendó este lugar después de que pregunté sobre un lugar para comer en el campo con vistas y buena comida y vino. Tenían un Menu del giorno della fattoria, un menú del día. Consistía en antipasti (bruschetta con tomates perfectamente maduros y maravilloso aceite de oliva, y lo que yo creo que era farro con tomates y otras verduras) , jamón de granja, salami, y quesos locales, una ensalada de jardín, pasta con una salsa de ternera Chianina, postre (cantucci) , café, agua, vino, y vin santo. Sacaron más botellas de vino tinto y blanco durante nuestra comida. Tuvimos el honor de ser presentados al propietario del lugar. ¡Tiene 90 años y sigue trabajando! Luca nos sorprendió a mi esposo y a mí con una botella de champán para brindar por nuestro 36 aniversario y una ENORME copa para tomar un sorbo y brindar. ¡Qué placer! Los terrenos son hermosos, con paisajes fantásticos alrededor, con colina ondulante y viñedos, especialmente con San Gimignano en la distancia. Nos sentamos afuera bajo paraguas y fue un día hermoso. ¡Las reservas son imprescindibles! La próxima vez que estemos en la zona, volveremos para otro gran almuerzo.

Il Cantiere del Buon Gusto Siena

11/12/2024: Serata tra amiche senza una meta precisa abbiamo scoperto questa chicca. Cibo gustoso, ben presentato, curato negli accostamenti e nella esaltazione dei sapori. Personale gentile, attento. Emma fantastica, si è intrattenuta a chiacchierare con noi ed è stato subito come essere a casa. Il posto poi è un gioiello, giochi di specchi e di vetri , un genio ha architettato un corridoio di tavoli a vista sulla 'cucina'
