As promised, here I am to make public the experience I had at this magnificent restaurant in Asti. On the advice of friends, I book lunch well in advance and finally day Cuddles and a bowl of fresh water are not long in coming. We wanted to taste the truffle, there are 2 dishes that immediately catch our eye, the photos speak for themselves. The beef steak was sublime, completely covered in truffle, which is grated without any mercy or saving, without weighing anything, in short, like true gentlemen! I'll take the Castelmagno and truffle gnocchi, I didn't have time to take the photo...🙂. A Russian salad that I hadn't eaten like this for years, practically a cloud because of how delicate and tasty it was. Excellent wine list, very courteous and approachable owner, he let us taste the properly made Moscato grappa, to round off a lunch that will have a sequel as soon as the white truffle arrives in November... see you next time and thanks again.

Cucina tipica monferrina molto buona e semplice, tradizionale e curata. Il servizio è molto gentile, la zona vicina al centro anche se leggermente fuori dalla parte pedonale (raggiungibile comunque a piedi).

Ristorante indimenticabile. Gentilezza, competenza del personale, e soprattutto piatti molto buoni. Ottima scelta di vini, e grande competenza del titolare.
