I thought eating excellent vegan food in a traditional trattoria without warning was a dream, but I was completely proven wrong by Calabria Bella. This trattoria doesn't offer a 500-dish tourist menu, but rather a few excellent quality choices. Among the first courses, there was an incredibly good vegan option, and for the appetizer, the owner made me a delicious mix of vegetables, olives, and crispedde. Both dishes were generously portioned. I absolutely recommend it for the quality of the food, the portions, and the kindness and helpfulness of the owner.

A small, unassuming restaurant just to the left of the Cosenza Cathedral. Typical cuisine, very good and generous – special mention for the chocolate panna cotta which is (perhaps?) the best I've ever eaten (having lived in Italy for two years) – with an attentive owner.
A very pleasant surprise, don't hesitate!

We found the atmosphere clean and welcoming, and the owner was very kind and friendly.
Furthermore, the food, besides being plentiful, was so good that we shared the photos we took with our friends. There were three of us: one from Verona, one from Padua, and one from Monaco. I hope to come again next year. Thank you ❤️❤️

A truly positive experience at Calabria Bella, in the heart of Cosenza's historic center. We started with a rich and abundant Calabrian appetizer, featuring delicious and beautifully presented traditional products. For our first course, I chose a mushroom dish, truly delicious and also generously portioned. Kudos to the staff, always attentive, kind, and available to accommodate every need during service.
During this summer, I highly recommend the outdoor seating: it's very cozy and the pleasant cool air makes dinner even more enjoyable. 5 stars, definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The best chickpea pasta in Pollino! A welcoming, rustic atmosphere. High-quality cuisine. ...but if you order goat meat (excellent!), ask for it to be rich in meat! The staff is incredibly friendly!
