Probably the only restaurant open on January 1st in Cosenza. Simple traditional menu, abundant and tasty dishes and courteous service. A simple place in the Duomo square.

It is a traditional restaurant and not at all touristy. We arrived in the city and were quite surprised by this place next to the cathedral. Delicious food and very friendly waiters. Although the red tablecloths are a little scary

Excellent dinner. The attention received from the owner of the restaurant has been wonderful. If I return to Cosenza, I will repeat without hesitation!!

One of the few places open in Cosenza on a rainy and late Wednesday evening. A very kind maître welcomes us in an "agée", but well-kept room. We take two traditional local first courses, very good, with very generous portions, half a liter of house wine and finally a fig and honey cheese cake, excellent. Approveddd!

We were in Cosenza for few days as we were travelling back to Rome, and the Brettii and Enotri Museaum staff recommended the Calabria Bella Restaurant, and so we did go and we had lunch there. We loved it , the Food the Atmosphere and a Great host , Enzo, who made our all experience memorable. If you are in Cosenza definitely is a place to visit, highly recommended, Sergio &Barbara

We’ve been travelling Italy for 6 weeks - was passing through Cosenza to travel back north and we stopped here for lunch. Hands down the best pasta we had on our two month trip so far. Hospitality was exceptional. Felt honest, authentic, very decent serving sized. Oh - and for the women - they have a clean toilet with a toilet seat! Haha! Thanks for having us. We hope you continue to do well in your restaurant.

Ottimo locale vicino alla Chiesa nel centro di Cosenza vecchia Locale abbastanza riservato , staff veramente preparato e cordiale , igiene all'avanguardia Qualità cibo ottima, prezzo ottimo Insomma se volete portare amici o altro qui fa per voi Bravi a tutti voi

25/10/2024: Must have to visit this restaurant if you spend your holiday nearby!! It has a nice view, the pizzas are delicious, beef meatballs and potatoes too. Top service. We have been twice for dinner and always full, because the food is really good!!

23/12/2024: I had the pleasure of dining at Al Girone dei Golosi and I must say that the staff is extremely friendly and professional, always attentive to detail, ready to satisfy every need and always with a smile. The service is quick and efficient, without ever giving the impression of being rushed. The cuisine is extraordinary. Each dish is an explosion of flavours, prepared with high quality ingredients. A unique strong point of the restaurant is the attention to those with special dietary needs. It is suitable for celiacs and those intolerant to gluten, with a wide choice of dishes, including desserts for lactose intolerants! A place suitable for everyone, which I highly recommend for a special evening or a lunch with friends. Special thanks go to the waitress, very good and super professional, who was able to guide us with great cordiality in the choice. His advice proved invaluable, allowing us to enjoy the best of the menu. His attention and passion for the work made our experience even more pleasant. Congratulations to the staff!!!
23/12/2024: Beautiful place and quiet environment, delicious and high quality food, really knowledgeable and kind staff, in particular a waitress with dark hair who recommended some house specialties and really amazed us. I will definitely return
