A truly positive experience at Calabria Bella, in the heart of Cosenza's historic center. We started with a rich and abundant Calabrian appetizer, featuring delicious and beautifully presented traditional products. For our first course, I chose a mushroom dish, truly delicious and also generously portioned. Kudos to the staff, always attentive, kind, and available to accommodate every need during service.
During this summer, I highly recommend the outdoor seating: it's very cozy and the pleasant cool air makes dinner even more enjoyable. 5 stars, definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The best chickpea pasta in Pollino! A welcoming, rustic atmosphere. High-quality cuisine. ...but if you order goat meat (excellent!), ask for it to be rich in meat! The staff is incredibly friendly!

There's a very short walkway before reaching the dining rooms. This heightens the curiosity to explore Calabria Bella's classic atmosphere. The quality is excellent. The service is perfect. The love for the profession is evident even in the delicate scent of napkins and tablecloths. The small succulent plant, both auspicious and delicate, brings good luck.

I ate here 16 years ago in July 2010. The food and ambiance were so incredible that of all my trips to Italy and all the Italian meals I have ever eaten, it is my Platonic ideal. It is honest food cooked with love. If you are lucky enough to eating this food with some Calabrese wine in the Piazza on a summer evening, please take a moment to savour the beauty of life. Perhaps in 16 years you will watch the Giro d'Italia finishing in Cosenza on TV and the wheels of the bikes will turn into giant plates of rustic pasta with rich and spicy ragu and you will be happy again.
