What a wonderful evening at Caffè Rubik! This place is truly one of a kind: a true amaro bar with countless selections, some impossible to find elsewhere. But the real added value is undoubtedly Klevis, Luisa, and Paolo. They have the extraordinary ability to make everyone feel at ease. Klevis expertly guides you through the flavors and aromas, Luisa brings a touch of warmth and friendliness that creates a family atmosphere, and Paolo completes the picture with professionalism and interesting anecdotes about the bottles. The result is an inclusive, relaxed, and never pretentious atmosphere, perfect for those who simply want to enjoy a good amaro in good company or discover something new. The portico on Via Marsala is truly a wonderful place to be. A heartfelt thank you to these three guys who make every visit special. Rubik is definitely one of our favorite places in Bologna. We'll be back soon!

We went to Rubik and were completely blown away. It's not your average bar: it's a place dedicated to amaro, with incredible care and variety. But the real magic is the people. Klevis, Luisa, and Paolo are an exceptional trio. Klevis is an inexhaustible source of knowledge and enthusiasm, Luisa welcomes you with a rare kindness that puts everyone at ease, and Paolo has that attention to detail that transforms a simple drink into an experience. They manage to make everyone feel part of the "Rubik family," from the young person trying their first amaro to the most experienced connoisseur. A pleasant atmosphere, top service, and top-quality amaro. A place where time flows beautifully and you can enjoy company. Highly recommended to anyone passing through Bologna. Last night we stopped by Caffè Rubik on Via Marsala, and I have to say it was a truly wonderful discovery. This place is a unique amaro bar in Bologna, with a selection of amari you won't find anywhere else: timeless classics, artisanal labels, and rare bottles. But what really made the evening special were Klevis, Luisa, and Paolo. Klevis explains each amari with infectious passion, Luisa has a warmth and smile that make you feel immediately at home, while Paolo tells you the stories behind the bottles and recommends the perfect pairing. Together, they create a welcoming and genuine atmosphere: you feel welcome regardless of your level of amari knowledge. No snobbery, just a desire to have a great time.
