Excellent place in the center of Fossano, a few steps from the castle of the princes of acaja, offers excellent dishes and wines with great attention to the quality of the raw materials, not cheap, but when the quality is so high you can't watch your wallet but enjoy just the experience, highly recommended.

It's a shame that there isn't an extra star for super places like this. I'm not a person who gives high marks, I always try to be fair without impulses, but the Roma coffee kidnapped me. External environment with attention to detail and well maintained, beautiful internal environment. The bathroom is also impeccably kept. We booked with the fork, the girl's welcome was impeccable as was all the service during the evening. We ordered a carpaccio that we wanted to divide into two and they served them on two already divided plates. The goodness of the meat is of a high standard! As a second course I had the crispy egg with truffle on a bed of mashed potatoes, and he had the fillet with three peppers. It's difficult to explain the goodness of my dish, I recommend you try it! The fillet is bigoux. The conclusion is a Nutella cheesecake! I would say excellent conclusion! Price in line with the quality of the food, the location and the service! We will be back to try other dishes!

Family of 5, we had a wonderful meal and tried the tagliata, beef check, ragu pasta, pepper fillet and all of the desserts. It was so good that we sitting at the table already made another reservation for the weekend
