A retro place that has preserved the wood paneling and furniture of the past, in which to enjoy Piedmontese cuisine with some contamination/reinterpretation. The appetizer I had was a successful mix of textures and aromas: cheese sauce with a creamy base, firm leek pie, CBT egg with partially cooked egg white and liquid yolk, crispy fried leek strips, thin truffle flakes and scented. The tajarin were made to perfection, with a very rich and tasty condiment of porcini mushrooms (nice pieces!). To accompany, Altalanga bubbles. I didn't have dessert, but ended the meal with a glass of Barolo Chinato. With the coffee came a welcome taste of paradise cake. The service is attentive but not intrusive, with cutlery changing at each course and the waiter asking if you liked the dish. Perhaps I would avoid the request to review the place at coffee time and perhaps I would leave the QR code available on the table: those like me who review the places they visit do it anyway, some might find it unpleasant at the end of a meal. I would go back to try classic Piedmontese dishes such as vitello tonnato or plin, accompanied by a good red.

Congratulations to everyone, from the waiters to the chef!! There are many kilometers from Savona to Fossano, but they are happy to travel for the delicacies of Caffe' Roma.

We share our beautiful Christmas lunch experience with the whole family (13 adults and 4 children). We agreed on the menu with the Director and the Chef, maximum availability, flexibility and professionalism of the Director Barbara, the Chef and all the Staff. Our menu: 2 Starters (Langa tartare and Vitel Tonne), 2 first courses (Agnolotti stuffed with Barolo braised meat with butter and lemon cream; Brown bottom risotto with pan-fried porcini mushrooms), second course (Braised cheek with mashed potatoes, chard and herbs) and sweet (Panettone glazed with butter with Chantilly cream and red fruits).
Children's menu: first course and second course (burger and chips).
We had lunch in the historic internal room, beautiful made available just for us. Exclusive treatment, very professional staff, always kind and attentive. Excellent quality of food and wine. We were all pleasantly surprised by this experience, everything was perfect.
Thank you for making our Christmas lunch so special.

Davvero una bella scoperta. Locale storico e molto carino in pieno centro sotto i portici. Proposta prevalentemente Piemontese, piatti semplici ma molto buoni. Servizio molto cordiale. Assolutamente promosso.
