Great place for a quick lunch with a decent selection of food prepared right on the spot! The owners are very willing to accommodate customer requests and offer dishes that are not displayed in the window, plus they are super nice to everyone! Definitely a bar to recommend if you are in the area!!!

Pasamos una semana de vacaciones en Oltrarno. Desayuno aquí cada vez que estaban abiertos. También almuerzo un día. Excelente café (también 'bollente' si lo quieres más caliente). Panini, croissants, jugo. Y sobre todo, un servicio súper amable. ¡Te sentirás bienvenido! Si te alojas en el barrio, ve a esta cafetería del barrio. Si te alojas en otro lugar, vale la pena caminar!

Lugar maravilloso, café y comida increíbles. Roberto era cálido y acogedor haciéndonos sentir como viejos amigos. Disfrutamos del desayuno aquí varias veces y sin duda volveremos cuando visite Florencia. Muy recomendable.

23/08/2025: The service was great and I absolutely loved the Tiramisu della Mamma--it was like a deconstructed Tiramisu without some of the layers so it may not be everyone's cup of tea but for me, it was the best tiramisu I've ever had--super unique. I only stopped in for that so I can't speak to anything else, but I really loved it.
14/08/2025: Excellent for sampling traditional dishes or cured meats and cheeses. We had lunch for two. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We had a lampredotto sandwich and pasta with dried tomatoes, cheese, and pancetta. The food was fabulous, all top-quality, and it cost just over €30, including water. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a meal before or after visiting the Pitti Palace.

27/06/2025: Too bad the piadina wasn't available, we went for the Arnold sandwich which was delicious... 3 stars only for the lack of piadina after having crossed all of Florence to eat it at your place...
