A place of memories that has done nothing to ruin them, on the contrary! And, besides, it remains one of the few authentic places in the eastern part of Genoa. Bravo!

A quaint and historic restaurant in Santa Margherita. Delicious, hearty dishes. A wine list with a wide selection of both good and excellent labels. Recommended.

13/11/2025: We enter, say hello, no one notices us, so we head towards the inner room, when a very annoyed female voice with the tone of a SS general tells us, "ONLY the tables in the entrance hall and ONLY what's in the display case!" without a hello, good morning, or ciao, before turning away and not paying us any attention again. Maybe it's because I've lived in Spain for years, and I'm no longer accustomed to the typical Ligurian welcome, but we took it and "laughing" we left, remembering the pirates of the alleys, and went to a restaurant in a nearby alley, where we were welcomed kindly, as a public place should normally be! It's a shame because I remember the food was very good, but not good enough to justify the rudeness.
03/11/2025: We're back, and the quality is always excellent. We had one of the best farinatas ever: thin, crispy, and just the right amount of salty. You'll find many Genoese specialties, and the service is quick! Excellent cheese focaccia, cod-infused artichokes, and an excellent cream caramel. Congratulations!
