We decided to dine here by chance while passing through Bassano, and miraculously, they accepted us without a reservation. The place is very cute, historic, and welcoming. The service was excellent; they immediately seated us at a table and brought water and bread. The menu offers interesting and thoughtful choices. The ingredients are high-quality, the flavors simple yet sophisticated. The picana steak was phenomenal, melt-in-your-mouth and cooked to perfection. Prices are fair for the portions and the quality offered. I will definitely be back.

Very kind staff and a well-kept environment

Incredibly fast service, given the amount of customers on a Sunday afternoon, they recommended a typical "classic lion" aperitif, the three of us had 2 cocktails and a Crodino we spent €11.50, the staff is nice and friendly and very young, great place we will return on the next trip to Bassano!

This Bassano café, in Piazza Garibaldi, across from the Church of San Francesco and next to the Civic Museum, is nestled in a wonderful sunny spot at lunchtime! We stopped for an aperitivo, an Aperol Spritz and a Negroni with an unsurpassed toast, pre-sliced ​​into several wedges, large and fragrant, served with salsa rosa, and then indulged in an additional snack: eggplant parmigiana and fried mushrooms on polenta. What more can I say??? We had lunch in a delightful setting, on the outdoor terrace, at a leisurely pace. The staff were friendly and young. Coffee was served at the counter, so we could also appreciate the interior. We had fun chatting with other Bassano customers. The prices were fair. When we're on vacation, we like to feel good! Recommended!!!!!

Bel locale, ottimo cibo e servizio puntuale. Da provare il loro panino con patatine e salsine, veramente speciale. Ottimo anche la cacio e pepe. Consigliato!.
