Excellent coffee, beer and very pleasant chips, very nice historic place, shame about the beige tablecloths embroidered with stains that cover the wonderful black marble tables which would give elegance and refinement to the place!

Excellent family meal in this restaurant! We tried fried porcini mushrooms, pasta, schnitzels and a burger — everything was delicious! The service was top notch, the team is super attentive and friendly. It really is the perfect place to have a good time in good company. We will come back without hesitation!

When it opened in the early 1900s it was called "Pasticceria Svizzera" because in via Roma Cuneo it didn't have a pastry shop and the Swiss were renowned pastry chefs and when Mr Bruno bought it he gave the place his name. But when you pass in front of us look at the sign and above you can admire the flag with the Swiss coat of arms Magnificent memory of the history of Cuneo and thank you Mr. Bruno.

27/09/2024: Place with a view of the hills, possibility of eating outside or inside in a bright room. Dishes with generous portions, perfect combinations of flavors and colours, imaginative food plating without excessive protagonism. Very good and delicate Russian salad, risotto with beetroot, burrata and walnuts, the flavors were spot on, I would have also gladly enjoyed the pie with carrot chips but I was full (I'm a vegetarian and I finally ate well and varied in a restaurant that wasn't strictly vegetarian). Discreet, friendly table service. Will be back for the other dishes on the menu with "carnivorous" people and I already know they will appreciate it.

09/01/2025: Ottima esperienza di famiglia in questa osteria caratteristica. Dalla prenotazione al conto il servizio è stato attento e mai invadente e con cura ha gestito ogni nostra richiesta. Buona la scelta dei menu con varie opzioni tra formule stabilite e menu alla carta. Materie prime di ottima qualità e cibo ben cucinato. Attenzione massima anche per i bambini verso i quali c’è molta cura e naturale empatia. Abbiamo provato antipasti, primi e dolci tutti molto buoni!! Consigliato!!
30/12/2024: Early dinner, particularly crowded on the Sunday of the Saints' Bridge, with the service decidedly struggling. Varied tasting of satisfying local appetizers, with a few accompanying glasses, at a more than reasonable cost.
